Hello friends,
A normal feeling that everyone has from time to time is anger. Anger that lasts for a long time, happens often, and is very strong can become a problem when it causes bad things to happen to the person.
This feeling can be hard to control at times, and it can lead to violence or anger.
Anger that is out of control can hurt your relationships, success in school, and mental health. As an adult, it can lead to problems like crime and bad behaviour.
Young people and children can be very angry for a lot of different reasons, and you might not know why your child is acting this way.
You can figure out what kind of help your child needs to deal with his or her feelings by getting a psychological exam. The way your child acts could be a sign of a behaviour problem.
Most of the time, kids who are nervous, depressed, or have low self-esteem are also very angry. An in-depth evaluation will help you figure out why your loved one is angry and having behaviour problems.
There are a lot of different ways that behaviour problems can show up, and kids may show a lot of different signs:
A mood of anger or irritation. This could show up as being irritable a lot of the time or getting angry quickly.
behaviour that is hostile or argumentative. This could show up as fighting with adults or people in charge a lot and not following the rules.
Being spiteful. Being mean or nasty more than once.
Getting angry. It could mean being mean to people or animals, bullying, scaring, hurting, or forcing other people to have sexual relations with you.
Damage to things. This could mean destroying or setting fire to property on purpose.
stealing or fraud. Taking things, breaking in to steal, or lying to get something or get out of paying a debt are all examples of theft.
Serious breaking of the rules. Always being late for school, missing a lot of days, or running away from home.
If any of these things happen with your child, it doesn't necessarily mean that he or she has a behaviour problem. If you are worried, you should have your child evaluated by a professional.
Your child can deal with anger problems and reach his full potential if you help him make a good support plan.
