How to acquire the precious virtue of silence

Hello friends,

Stillness... A ringing timepiece...
The quiet passage of time is disturbed solely by this sound.

I refer to a perpetual cycle that is nourished by the things that life gives and takes away from us every moment.

Every day when they wake up, a lot of people around the world have brand-new plans. They have a tonne of tasks to complete.

Stress, exhaustion, boredom, dissatisfaction, and the need to make progress... Some people make plans years in advance.

Very few people cling to the present. They believe that life is nothing more than a fleeting moment. That doesn't mean they shouldn't make plans, though.

Plans are good, but they shouldn't be made out of a sense of obligation and a desire to rule the world.

A person becomes capable of doing everything they claim they are unable of doing as a result of the growing list of things they are unable to accomplish each day.

Set aside all of your goals.

Take a few minutes to close your eyes. Say you are seated beneath a tree. In the stillness of nature, pay attention to life.

Explore the wonders of this quiet calm. Consider the several routes an ant can take to get from a little wheat grain to its nest.

Hear a bee's struggle to travel great distances to collect pollen from a blossom in order to produce honey. Hear the birds as they labour to construct their nests out of the twig fragments they gather from the ground.

A bird is painstakingly constructing its nest on one of the tree's branches directly above you.

Though they may seem like mere trees to us, trees are essential to many living things. They have seen battles, happiness, and joy over the course of many centuries.

The trees that silently weep each time someone murders another person without showing any remorse...

First and foremost, you will realise how exhausted you have been living your life for impossibly long as soon as you open the book of the universe.

Because everything will become clear to you to be a question of "fate." Both the ant and the bee will gather their food if that is their destiny. Regardless of our level of planning, fate holds the key to every door.

When establishing plans, remember your obligations, but do not let your goals control you. Isn't the desire to dominate over everyone and everything what defines a pharaoh?

"Everyone here is a guest in this place and time. We are just here to visit. Here, we are to watch, to learn, to develop, and to love. After that, we're going home."
