Keep it moving! Looks to me you're doing great—if you do some shoulder exercises and work out your obliques when you're not using the pole you'll be able to do much more on it.

I don’t think they were rly helping me I was doing weight lifting before and had developed a rly bad shoulder from an ac joint issue for some weird reason it’s not been aggravated with pole and is getting better. Maybe some press-ups?
