Just over the 3 month mark since I started pole dancing now and I cannot believe how much my strength has improved. Lifting weights (or at least the way I did them lol) doesn't even touch pole dancing for me. I don't think things always look as challenging they are but today was a really hard class for me. It's not as pretty and photogenic as some of the stuff on the spinning pole which, I do love but I was totally out of breath for a good majority of this class. It is a serious workout but it's so rewarding to master new moves.
