Flowers, insects , fruits and vegetables.
This year I noticed this lovely Violet Carpenter Bee in our garden. Seems Carpenter Bee liked garlic flower since I think I saw it couple times on the garlic flowers.
Violet Carpenter Bee is common species of Carpenter Bee in Europe and one of the largest Bees in Europe.
They live in the rotten tree parts and dry branches. The Carpenter name comes from there.
Of course they eat pollen and nectar from the flowers and it it considered as good pollinator.
Nice to see this beautiful Bee in our garden.
