We who trust in the Lord will not be ashamed because we have so much more than those who live solely by the rules of this world. We have eternal life in Heaven with Jesus Christ! We are heirs of the King of kings! Victory belongs to us!
Those who mock us who trust in our Saviour have already lost today. Their mockery is short-lived, and if not yet in this life, it will turn into wailing, weeping and gnashing of teeth in eternity, and it will certainly never end.
Therefore, if it seems shameful to you to trust God, to trust in Him and not in your own or someone else's power, and to be obedient to Him, I say to you, put aside these foolish thoughts and make up your mind to make Jesus Christ your Authority and no longer be afraid to acknowledge your belonging to Christ in public.
Everything on this earth is temporary, but the Lord is eternal. Accept the victory now, trust in the Lord, and be proud of what you have through Jesus Christ!
