I thank the Lord for His mercy shown through His Son Jesus Christ, Whom He sacrificed for our sins to redeem us from the eternal torment of hell and for eternal life in Heaven!
How good it is that God sustains me even when I do not have much time to pray and read the Bible diligently. When I am faced with many daily tasks that take up a lot of energy and time, I know that I am not carrying them, but He is walking beside me and making a way for me. And what a joy it is to fellowship with God in these daily tasks!
Now that God has brought me back to the path of His good, acceptable and perfect will, I can see His assistance so clearly. It feels as if the husks have fallen from my eyes and the sense of God's presence has increased. I am talking about the special will of God, which He has planned for each individual from the beginning, and which we so often resist. Because we don't immediately see the desired picture of where God is calling us, we begin to look for more attractive paths that promise quick but deceptive success. Thank God for putting me back on the path of His will to complete what I was running from before.
David wrote in Psalm 1 that the man who walks in God's appointed way will in the future be like a tree growing by the streams of waters, whose leaf does not wither, and who will bear good fruit when the time is right. And it is also written in the letter to the Hebrews: Patience is necessary for you, so that by doing the will of God you may receive what is promised (Hebrews 10:36).
Reflecting on this, I would like to attach here my new illustration, which I called “God's Accompaniment.”
Today, even in the midst of the thousands of mistakes you may have made, may God help you to recognize His voice and be obedient to return to the stake of God's will for your life. Courage, and let your heart be strengthened, all you who hope in the Lord! (Psalms 30:25).
