🥰 Shalom everyone in Blurt!
Today I thank God for His unfailing support and help in all the difficulties of life!
The world and its lusts pass away, but he who does God's will abides forever!” 1 John 2:17
The world imposes on us the idea that independence and self-sufficiency are the pinnacle of success, and that such success is based on material things, and it does not matter how you achieve it, the main thing is to seize it and “climb” the ladder of life. Today, the Spirit of God shows us how imaginary worldly freedom is, and what terrible nets are caught up in those who are led by the spirit of the world, and not by the Spirit of God Jesus Christ. The children of God see this even without obvious proofs, even though they can be provided in impressive quantities.
But Jesus Christ, the One we are led to follow, was wholly and completely dependent on the Father. He was ordained to fulfill what He saw from the Father and to proclaim to us what He heard from the Father. There was no separate will of the Son, but the Father and the Son moved in perfect synchronization. In the Son, the Father embodied His will, and the Son obediently gave Himself, and thus found the most precious and significant thing. But first He had to pass through the path of nothingness, clothed in humiliation and shame and death on the cross.
Did the Pharisaic conscience shudder after the sky darkened, the earth shook, and the veil of the temple was torn in two? Not at all. The people who claimed to be followers of God turned out to be God-opponents, who accepted the principles of this world, burned their consciences, and became insensitive to the voice of God. What really prevented them from accepting Jesus Christ as the Savior of the world, even after they had learned of His sudden resurrection? It is remembered how such repentance and transformation happened to the apostle Paul, who persecuted and killed the church of God. The Pharisees loved the world, but did not love God. But Paul killed out of sincere conviction, believing that he was fighting for God and not against Him. God dealt sincerely with the sincere, and with the wicked according to his wickedness. God illuminated Paul with the light of Truth, and he recognized in Him the great Savior, and went into fire and water for the will of his heavenly Father, following the example of Jesus Christ. It is terrible to think what befell the Pharisees. In the end, that which was not built in God fell apart, but that which was built in Him will endure forever.
I bless you that God's light will shine on your hearts today and you will feel God's creative power doing the supernatural in your life!
In addition to the reflection, I want to share a poem that God inspired me to write. I titled it, “Do you seek God's will in your life?”. The English version of the poem does not retain the rhyme, but it does retain the meaning.
Do you seek God's will in your life?
Do you ask Him about it?
Maybe you have made up your own destiny?
Maybe you are going in the wrong direction?
For if you do, you are neglecting His help,
You will not enter into bliss,
You will not find peace in your life,
You will be scattered like dust by the wind.
Pray! Pray to God!
He will raise you from the dust,
He will guide you on the right path,
He will make you a strong tree,
A tree that bears fruit in season,
That stands by the streams of springs,
He will not dry the leaves with the heat of the sun!
God will lead you successfully in life!
Follow God always!
This is the path of eternity, with Him you will enter
Into the divine victory,
He died and rose again for you!
JESUS IS LORD! YES AND AMEN!
