Yeah I've been wondering what's up with d.tube. I think they also used to use the Hive chain, but then left and moved to another chain, or two. That really screwed up their brand too imo. They have a million dollar domain name though, just like d.buzz.
I could even set them up with their own Peerhub server and run it for them, easy peezy. Our hosting division at agori.host runs servers for some major clients that get millions of views, and we could do the same for d.tube. This way dtube won't die and they can offset their expenses bigtime and at the same time offer their services to people from multiple networks and communities (such as blurt, hive, nostr (soon), mastodon, lemmy, pixelfed and more). No more walled gardens.

I managed to join from my laptop so I have an account now but not managed to log in yet!
I think @agorise sends you a temporary Password to your Matrix DM …. That’s how I logged in and started posting my videos on Blurt.media. …
Also , I had to click on the little fediverse button on Blurt.media to log in …. It’s not very intuitive …. Lots of trial and error…. It’s a miracle I can ever get anything gcto work…. Takes me hours and hours of experimenting
