Sometimes we lose ourselves in happiness, and there are times when we have to swim in the sea of sorrow. But we have to remember that happiness and sadness are not permanent.
As happiness goes, so will sorrow. We should accept both happiness and sorrow equally and move on with our lives. To accept both happiness and sadness as a part of our lives, we need to remember some things.
Positive thinking
We should always try to think positively.
Negative thinking will make our minds more depressed. When we lose our jobs, if we keep thinking, I'll never get a job again," we'll feel worse. Instead, we should think positively that, I will get a new job.
Gratitude
We should be grateful. We will be happier if we are grateful for what we have. Even if we have a small house, we should still be grateful that we have a place to live.
Learning from experience
We must learn from all experiences.
Experiencing happiness gives us joy in life, and experiencing sadness makes us stronger.
If we fail in a business, we must learn from that failure and try again. If we can learn from suffering, then that suffering becomes meaningful.
Social relations
