On Sundays, we usually go out to the mall after going to church. This time, we wanted to buy Christmas gifts to avoid the rush in December.
The mall is already decked with Christmas decors while Christmas songs are playing. There is a big Christmas tree in the center of the mall and lanterns or "parol" as we call them are hanging from the ceiling. Shops and restaurants also have some Christmas decors.
We went to Timezone to have some fun. Kids and adults love spending time (and money) here. You could spend a lot of time and not notice.
Walking Dead shoot 'em up game is very popular because it's enjoyable and gory.
There are also shoot 'em up games for younger kids. Not too gory and you use water to shoot the monsters so it's not so violent.
There are also claw machines, billiards and mini bowling. Claw machines can be fun but frustrating as the prize keep slipping away.
For much younger kids, there's Kidzoona. A large indoor playground where kids can safely play.
There's a train chugging around the mall where both parents and kids can ride.
We had lunch in a Chinese restaurant. I picked the soy beef set and spinach soup. There were also some dimsum but it was finished quickly before I took the picture.
As for the gifts we bought toys for kids and gadgets for adults. It was tiring to choose the right gift.
After buying gifts we hung out in Starbucks to chill.
It was a tiring day but we had a lot of fun.
What a nice place! I hope you had a nice time. I remember when my sister and I were much younger we used to play that one arcade you showed with the water that sprays the monsters. That one picture brought back so many memories. Thanks for sharing!
