We all know more or less about the benefits of Guava, but still I will briefly discuss its benefits. Guava is a vitamin rich fruit. It contains a lot of vitamin C. This fruit is now available throughout the year in our country. This guava has more vitamins than other fruits and the benefits of this fruit are many for the body.

This guava may not be liked by many people but most of the people like to eat this guava very much. I also love this guava. I like to eat guavas, guavas used to be available only during the monsoon season. But now guavas are available in the market throughout the year
