Dear reader,
Welcome to my post. From today's article you will know the process of thermal shock.
When I was working on glaze preparation in the laboratory around 11 am, Farzan bhai called me and said Zakaria bhai come here.
Later I called Adhir bhai brother you see the preparation I am coming with Farzan bhai to complete the work of thermal shock. Farzan bhai said ok you go I am managing here.
When I left, I found that the water had already been heated. Because water can never cause thermal shock without heat. So I brought the thermometer to see how many degrees Celsius the temperature rose. That is, the temperature at which the bowling has taken place can be seen in the thermometer.
I saw boiling between 80 degrees and 90 degrees. Now the small cups that are to be seen are brought and boiling water is poured into them. That is, the boiling water that rises to a temperature of 80 to 90 degrees Celsius.
I took the water into the small mug and filled it completely through the beaker. Now we have to see how many degrees Celsius temperature is prevailing in this small container. I checked with the thermometer and saw that it showed a temperature of 60 to 62 degrees Celsius. That is, the temperature has dropped a little because of the company, especially since the pot is absorbing the temperature due to being placed in the cold stone.
Now I have to watch again after 15 minutes so I started the stopwatch to watch again after 15 minutes. That is, after 15 minutes, I will check how many degrees Celsius it can be.
I came again after fifteen minutes and after 15 minutes I lowered the thermometer into the container again and found that the temperature was 49 degrees Celsius. That is, the temperature has decreased a little more because the cold was in the rock and the temperature has decreased a lot due to less water.
Now again I poured that water into a big pot. Now they have to see how much that small vessel has burst. Here it is mentioned that the body will not crack but the glaze will crack.
If the glaze is cracked then you need to understand that more work has to be done with this glaze. I can see that the glaze has not cracked yet but the glaze is holding up pretty well. However, there is only one container which is showing a slight cracking condition.
Plans are made to re-examine later in the afternoon. After lunch I started to test it again. Thus our test work continues continuously.
