Evil begets evil. I watched Piggy, a wonderful movie about a character who is constantly ridiculed, nicknamed Piggy, and forced to deal with peer bullying on her own, and has to face the psychological changes and consequences that can occur.
Sara (played by Laura Galan) is a character who, after being bullied, becomes completely withdrawn and constantly makes wrong decisions. Her family and her circle of friends play a big role in this. Sara's experiences are completely in line with the reality of the world.
The story and the way the story is handled is very realistic and very successful in terms of showing the point that a person, no matter how innocent, can come to after being bullied. Personally, I would like to say that I found the story of the movie very realistic.
The message that the movie wanted to give in the background was that the evil done to someone will always come back as evil, and it is hard not to agree with this message while watching the movie! When you understand what Sara went through, you will agree with what she did because even though I was not a person who lived those moments, I had the same feelings while watching the movie. If her circle of friends had not done those evil things to Sara, other evil things would not have happened to them!
The movie Piggy was extraordinary in the way it showed the change of a character step by step and the reasons for it. All the characters in the movie, and especially Sara, reflect their emotions perfectly. When you feel the same emotions, you want to do even more of the same reactions and take revenge on those who caused it. I can say that the movie was perfect in its reflections.
It was very frustrating to watch a family not dealing with the problem of a child's obesity and not confronting the problem. I think such irresponsible families play a big role in the emergence of people who exhibit behaviors that are not accepted in society.
Piggy is ideal for those who like the psychological thriller genre. The way the story is handled, the way it progresses, and the fact that it allows enough questioning about the causes and consequences can be seen as a success of the script and the director.
Describing a movie that is very successful in every way is more difficult than describing a bad movie, because when you can't find a flaw in the movie, you have limited words to say and sentences to form. The movie was really flawless and full of teachings in the way it dealt with a subject and the way it was handled.
Laura Galan adds incredible value to the movie with one of the best performances I have seen recently. She brought to life the character of Sara with all the emotions that a human being can experience and reflected them to the audience.
I highly recommend watching the movie Piggy with its story that deeply affects the audience. It is a very successful work that evil will return as evil. Over time, we can forget what we feel and think about the movies we watch. I can say that this movie was the best movie I remember in terms of reflecting emotions.
Thank you for being here and reading. I wish everyone who will watch the movie a good time and see you in my next article, goodbye!
