Calm down, this is not the combustion of any coin or token!
This sentence needs a bit of explanation, so let's explain! Just like in Thelma & Louise, I'm talking about a new road adventure. Although they have different goals, the most obvious commonality between Thelma & Louise and Burn Burn Burn is that they are road adventures and both movies focus on the breaking moments in the lives of two female characters.
The mystery created by the stories that start slowly and become clearer as they progress always manages to trigger my sense of curiosity. Like a road that gets shorter as it progresses, watching an event that you know nothing about and have no idea about at the beginning gradually become clearer and reveal itself gives you the pleasure of reading a book.
Instead of action or sci-fi productions, it is often possible to find this in productions that touch on human life and where emotions are at the forefront. The story of the movie Burn Burn Burn begins after the death of one of 3 close friends.
The interesting story that unfolds as the two close friends, who are tasked with leaving the ashes of the cremated body of their deceased close friend to the 3 places of their choice, dig into almost all of their lives during the journey, adds fluency to the movie.
The production, which emphasizes warm friendships and benevolence, may be boring in some moments; but in most moments, it gives meaning to the story thanks to the different perspectives it offers to the audience. I would like to say that I liked the story flow of the movie with its different teachings and slow pace.
The last scene, where they were not stingy in terms of emotional overload, was my favorite moment of the movie. For a while, the movie seemed to get away from the main story, but their return to the main story was amazing. I am almost sure that not everyone will like the movie, but I think it will leave a mark on the minds of those who do.
Those who expect extravagant things can stay away from the movie. Since the story of the movie is completely based on human relationships and realities, the tides and momentary emotions that people experience are told in a warm, sincere atmosphere. I think the fact that the whole story takes place on the road adds extra value to the movie because if the same story took place at home or at work; I would be saying sentences like extremely boring, stay away, don't watch it and so on. It is understood how correct the selection of locations suitable for the story of the movie is.
The only negative aspect of Burn Burn Burn was that it made you feel the fear of death and its aftermath too much. Even though it is a fact of life, we prefer not to remember it and pretend to live as long as possible. The movie reminds us that this choice is not in our hands.
If you think the movie appeals to you, watch it, otherwise don't bother with it as you will find it boring. I like these kinds of productions that focus on human lives and emphasize emotions, so I may have overestimated a genre I love.
Thank you for being here and reading. I hope I have been helpful. See you again and goodbye!
