The average house in America is $400,000 and the average wage is $40,000 per person. It's insane.
Can the American Dream continue to make America "exceptional"? Many places on Earth have unaffordable housing and we want to ensure our citizens break this mold. I barely got on the property ladder and am glad unsecured my spot on the dream. It was by luck I slid in to the dream, and millions of others weren't as fortunate.
