Favour is a young lady in her early twenties. She works as a house help for a wealthy man named James. Favour is kindhearted and never hesitates to help anyone who comes to her for assistance when she is able to do so.
One day, while heading home from work, she encountered a man lying helplessly by the roadside. The man had been in an accident, and his condition looked so severe that passersby were too afraid to help, fearing he might die in their care.
The man had been trying to signal for help, though he could barely move his hand, but no one had the courage to approach him. Upon seeing the man in that state, Favour rushed over, lifted him up, and began trying to stop the bleeding. She called her brother, who is a taxi driver, and together they took the man to a hospital.
The next day, Favour went to check on the man and was happy to see that his condition had improved. The man thanked her and gave her a business card. Favour reluctantly accepted the card, not wanting him to feel indebted to her, but refusing it would have made him uncomfortable as he was still recovering.
Months went by, and things were going well for her until the man she worked for fired her after she refused to sleep with him. Around this time, her brother had a serious accident with his taxi and was rushed to a nearby hospital. The doctors requested a sum of $20,000 for his treatment. Favour could only afford $2,000.
She sought help from others and managed to raise an additional $5,000, which was still far below the required $20,000. Then, she remembered the man she had saved months ago and the card he had given her, telling her to reach out if she ever needed help.
Looking at the card, she discovered that the man she had helped was the owner of the hospital where her brother was being treated. Fortune was about to smile on her. She called the number on the card, but it didn't connect. After several attempts, the call finally went through, but no one answered.
The next day, she received news that the hospital was preparing to discharge her brother since the money for his treatment hadn't been paid. As she cried and pleaded with the management, her phone rang. Recognizing the number as the one on the card, she immediately answered and explained her situation to the man.
The man remembered her and asked which ward she was in. Coincidentally, Mr. James was visiting the hospital that day, and he stopped his rounds to rush to the ward where Favour was. With his help, her brother received the necessary treatment free of charge. The man also offered Favour a job at the hospital.
He said to her, "In life, it is good to be kind to people because you never know where fate will lead you tomorrow. One good turn deserves another."
