Paramount Pictures, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, 1986 YouTube Movies and Shows
Ferris Bueller's Day Off was released in 1986 and stars Matthew Broderick. This film is the quintessential 1980s high school comedy you need to see. It's a classic John Hughes film that captures alot of Chicago's famous landmarks and Broderick's zany antics.
Broderick stars as Ferris Bueller, who wants to escape the boredom and monotony of High School. He convinces his parents and the school that he is sick and he engages in adventures. It's alot of fun, and this is a definite 1980s nostalgia piece.
If you like this movie, I recommend a slightly darker film from the era in "The Heathers". I also recommend "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" for a more progressive and deeper movie.
Give this classic a watch. The car destruction scene is absolutely hilarious.
