If you are a fan of 2001, Starwars and Alien, this film is a wonderful find.
This film has a ton of 1980s comedy star gold. John Candy and Bill Pullman star as the Han and Chewy of the film. Mel Brooks plays the villain who lampoons Darth Vader in an oversized helmet.
If you haven't seen this film, please do so. It's great to see some classic science fiction films lampooned in the style of Mel Brooks' direction. I am a huge fan of this movie and there are a ton of cameos from 1980s science fiction stars as well.

I'm not even a Star Wars or Alien fan (since I've never watched them before) but my dad introduced this movie to me and I can't watch it once without laughing! This parody definitely deserves more attention from the Star Wars freaks. Have a nice weekend @anarchy999!
It's a classic! Mel Brooks has so many great films, and this is one of them.
