The world is reeling from a nuclear war, and those in Australia are waiting their fate from nuclear fallout. The film is a classic, and this movie does the original Justice in replicating the feeling and atmosphere of the aftermath of the last bastion of escape in the Southern hemisphere.
The film captures the hopelessness and intrigue that the original did.
