Last night I went to a free Kabbalah intro workshop which, was held at the Mayfair hotel. It was a gorgeous setting so after the seminar I went to the bar and had a coffee. I didn’t even think about the price to be honest as I thought it’ll probably be a bit more expensive than a coffee shop and be £5 or something. I was pretty shocked when it was £6.90! This is definitely my most expensive coffee to date but I think it was probably worth it for the venue as it was so beautiful and tastefully decorated. They even had the lovely hand towels in the bathroom which is a massive sign of luxury :)
The cocktails looked incredible would love to go back and get one at some point.
What is your most expensive coffee?
I had a coffee at Starbucks today that cost me $2.85 Cdn ( $1.98 USD) ….
Just a regular, Tall Bold coffee … nothing special.
What did you think of the Kabbalah workshop ? I was reading the Zohar for a while and even learned some Aramaic. I like some of the ideas around the Sephirot and Shekhinah… feminine Divine presence of God …. With Links back to Ashera, the wife of YHVH …
But Ashera was stripped from the a Bible by a bunch of angry men.
wow that is cheap, I am interested in the Kabbalah but this was a bit basic being an intro I wouldn't say they said anything I thought ooh that's interesting but I have a feeling I would if I went deeper with it
