There are a lot of fishes in Bangladesh and among these fishes, Hilsa Vetki, Pangas Silver Cup, Glass Cup Pangas, Minar Cup Rui Fish, these fishes are farmed in ponds. And hilsa fish, betki, roopchanda, gourd, etc. are available in the sea. People of our country love to eat fish, although I am a little exception. However, due to favorable weather conditions, many river canals have dried up. And as a result, fish farming has decreased a lot. I remember when we were kids there were little holes in the middle of the bill and there were lots of cut fish in those holes. By eight months do we mean jewel fish then rock fish then your cheng fish then your poont then beard etc fish. And Majnoor fishes look like this and the rock fishes are real. I remember that the body fishes were one and a half kg and 2 kg rock fishes. Where are those days lost today and now those fish are no longer seen. And the main reason for this is because of the poisoning of the animals, all those things have died because of the poisoning. If you see the fishes of that time, you will be amazed how delicious those fishes were for the big boys to eat. Of course, now some fishes are farmed in ponds but these fishes do not have that taste. The real name of this fish is Japanese fish. These fish grow very fast. I have done many experiments and found that if these fish are released into the pond they become very fat in no time. And the biggest thing is that this fish eats at all levels of the pond and another thing is that these fish are very careful because the prices are very good. The weight of the fish that I have presented here is about 3 kg and the price is about 200 taka. These fishes are very suitable for pond farming as they grow rapidly and therefore are more popular in top fish farming. Those who cultivate fish in ponds do it for profit, but it depends on the growth of the fish. Still, as many people as they can, they try to raise the fish and sell it in the market. These fishes of Araat are very expensive and these fishes are in high demand due to which they sell more.
আমাদের দেশের নাম বাংলাদেশ। আমাদের দেশকে নদীমাতৃক দেশও বলা হয়। আবার আমাদের দেশকে মাছে ভাতে বাঙালি বলা হয়। এখন কথা হল কেন বাংলাদেশকে মাঝে মাঝে বাঙালি বলা হয়। আমাদের দেশে প্রচুর পরিমাণে নদী নদীর উপনদী শাখা রয়েছে। আর এইসব নদীতে প্রচুর পরিমাণে মাছ পাওয়া যায়। সারা পৃথিবীর মানুষ হয়তোবা সবাই জানে যে বাংলাদেশ ইলিশ মাছের জন্য বিখ্যাত অর্থাৎ বাংলাদেশে প্রচুর পরিমাণে সাগরের ইলিশ পাওয়া যায়। আর এসব ইলিশ গুলো শুধু দেশের প্রয়োজন মিটিয়ে দেশেও দেশের বাইরে রপ্তানি করে প্রচুর পরিমাণে অর্থ উপার্জন করে থাকে। এছাড়াও বাংলাদেশের প্রচুর পরিমাণে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ধরনের মাছ রয়েছে আর এসব মাছগুলো কিন্তু বাজারজাতকরণ করা হয়। আপনারা অনেকেই জানেন কক্সবাজার এলাকায় প্রচুর পরিমাণে সাগরপাড়ের মাছ বাজার এসব মাছগুলো শুটকি করা হয়। শুটকি মাছগুলোর বাইরের দেশে রপ্তানি করা হয় এবং প্রচুর পরিমাণে বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা অর্জন করে থাকে। বাংলাদেশে প্রচুর পরিমাণে মাছ রয়েছে আর এসব মাছের মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য হলো ইলিশ ভেটকি পাঙ্গাস সিলভার কাপ গ্লাস কাপ পাঙ্গাস মাছ ছাড়াও রয়েছে মিনার কাপ রুই মাছ এসব মাছগুলো পুকুরে চাষ করা হয়। আর ইলিশ মাছ ভেটকি রূপচাঁদা করলা ইত্যাদি মাছ গুলো সাগরে পাওয়া যায়। আমাদের দেশের মানুষ মাছ খেতে ভীষণ পছন্দ করে যদিও আমি তার একটু ব্যতিক্রম। তবে বর্তমান সময়ে আবহাওয়ার অনুকূল থাকার কারণে অনেক নদী-নালা ক্যানাল গুলো শুকিয়ে গেছে। আর এর ফলে মাছের চাষ কিন্তু অনেকটা কমে গেছে। আমার মনে আছে একটা সময় যখন আমরা ছোট ছিলাম তখন বিলের মাঝখানে ছোট ছোট কুয়াকাটা ছিল আর সেসব কুয়ার ভিতর প্রচুর পরিমাণে কাট মাছ হত। আট মাস বলতে আমরা বোঝায় জুয়েল মাছ তারপরে শৈল মাছ তারপরে আপনার চেং মাছ তারপরে আপনার পুঁটি তারপর দাড়ি ইত্যাদি মাছগুলো কি আমরা বুঝাই। আর মজনুর মাছগুলো দেখতে এমন একটা অবস্থা আর শৈল মাছগুলো সত্যি যাবেন কি জন্য আমি আমার মনে আছে শরীর মাছগুলো এক দেড় কেজি ২ কেজি ওজনের শৈল মাছ ছিল। সেসব দিনগুলো আজ কোথায় হারিয়ে গেল এখন আর সেসব মাছগুলো আর দেখা যায় না। আর এইসব হওয়ার মুখ্য কারণ হলো পশুর পরিমাণে বিষ প্রয়োগ করার ফলে বিষ প্রয়োগের ফলে ওইসব জিনিসগুলো সব মারা গেছে। সেইসময়ের কৈ মাছগুলো দেখলে জান ভরে যেত সেসব কই মাছগুলো কত বড় ছেলের খেতে কত সুস্বাদু ছিল। অবশ্য এখন কই মাছগুলো পুকুরে চাষ করে থাকে কিন্তু এসব কৈ মাছগুলো সেই স্বাদ নেই। আজকে আমি পুকুরের মাছ নিয়ে কিছু কিছু আপনাদের মাঝে তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করব। এখানে যে মাছটা আপনারা দেখতে পাচ্ছেন এই মাছটিকে কেউ বলে পেট মোটা মাছ কেউ বলে জাপানি মাছ কেউ বলে মিরর কাপ মাছ। এই মাছের আসল নাম হল জাপানি মাছ। এই মাছগুলো খুব দ্রুতগতিতে বৃদ্ধি পায়। আমি অনেক পরীক্ষা করে দেখেছি এইসব মাছগুলো যদি পুকুরে ছাড়া যায় তাহলে খুব কম সময়ের মধ্যেই অনেক মোটা হয়ে যায়। আর সবচেয়ে বড় ব্যাপার এই মাছটি পুকুরের সর্বস্তরে খাবার খায় আর একটা বিষয় হলো এই মাছগুলো দামে ও বেশ যত্নবান কারণ দামগুলো বেশ ভালো। এখানে আপনাদের সামনে যে মাছটি আমি তুলে ধরেছি এই মাছটির ওজন প্রায় তিন কেজি আর দামও প্রায় ২০০ টাকা। এ মাছগুলো পুকুরে চাষ করার জন্য খুবই উপযুক্ত কারণ যেহেতু দ্রুতগতিতে বৃদ্ধি পায় তাই উপরওয়ালাদের মাছের চাষে বেশি হয়। যারা পুকুরে মাছ চাষ করে তারা লাভের জন্য চাষ করে অবশ্য সেটা মাছের উপর বৃদ্ধির উপর নির্ভর করে। তারপরও যতটুকু মানুষ পারে তাদের ইচ্ছা অনুযায়ী তারা চেষ্টা করে মাছগুলো বড় করে বাজারে বিক্রি করার জন্য। আরতের এইসব মাছগুলোর বেশ দাম রয়েছে এবং এসব মাছগুলো চাহিদা অনেক বেশি যার কারণে বিক্রি হয় বেশি।

এখানে আপনারা যে মাছটি দেখতে পারছেন এই মাসের নাম হল সিলভার কাপ মাছ। এই মাসটি আড়তে আসে দেখি প্রায় দুই কেজি আড়াই কেজি কিন্তু আশ্চর্যের বিষয় হলো কি জানেন আজকে এই একটা মাছ এসেছিল ৯ কেজি ৫০০ গ্রাম। এই মাছের দাম গিয়েছিল সাড়ে ৪০০ টাকা কেজি। মাছ দেখলে আপনি অবাক হয়ে যাবেন এত বড় মাছ। আর সবচেয়ে বড় কথা সব মাছগুলো পুকুরে চাষ করা হয়ে থাকে। বড় মাছগুলো অনেক সময় নদীতে বা সাগরে পাওয়া যায় কিন্তু এসব মাছগুলো যে পুকুরে এত বড় মাছ করা হয় এটা অনেক কঠিন ব্যাপার। এই মাছগুলো খেতে খুবই সুস্বাদু তবে এই মাসের মাথা এবং লেজ এই দুইটা জিনিস আরো বেশি সুস্বাদু খেতে। এই মাসের আর একটা স্থান জায়গাটা কিন্তু সুস্বাদু একটা জায়গা আছে সেটা কি আপনারা জানেন আমার অনেকেই জানে আবার অনেকেই জানেন না তবে যারা জানেন তারা হয়তো বা খেয়ে চেনা যারা খেয়েছেন তারা জানেন এটা কতটা সুস্বাদু। এই মাসে সেই সুস্বাদু জায়গাটা কি তাহলে এখন আমি আপনাদের সামনে তুলে ধরি। এই মাসের সুস্বাদু জায়গাটা হল তার কোনটা। মাছের কোনটা তার নরম একটা অংশকে কোনটা বলা হয় আর এটা এতটা সুস্বাদু এতটাই সুস্বাদু এতটাই সুস্বাদু যে খেয়েছে সে জানে। এই মাছগুলো খেতে যেমন সুস্বাদু তেমন এই মাসের একটা বিষয় আছে সেটা কি আপনারা জানেন এই মাছের যে আঁশ আছে আঁশ গুলো খুবই ছোট ছোট তাই হাঁসগুলো তুলতেও কিন্তু অনেক ঝামেলা পোহাতে হয়। আমার মনে আছে আমাদের পুকুরে একবার আমরা তিনটা এই সিলভার কাপ মাছ পেয়েছিলাম আর এই তিনটাতে ওজন হয়েছিল 15 কেজি। এর মধ্যে একটা হয়েছিল পাঁচ কেজি ৫০০ আর একটা হয়েছিল সই ৫ কেজি আর একটা হয়েছিল ৪ কেজি ৫০০ গড় আবার এসে ৫ ১৫ কেজি মাছ ওজন হয়েছিল। গ্রামগঞ্জে যেসব মাছগুলো পাওয়া যায় এসব মাছগুলো খুব বেশি বড় হয় না অর্থাৎ বড় করতেও পারে না এরা। আসলে একটা বাসা মানুষ করা যেমন কষ্ট মাছেরও ঠিক তেমনি কষ্ট। যতটুকু পারা যায় তুমি মাছ খেয়ে নাও কাল মাছেরে সুস্বাদু অমৃত সুস্বাদুটা তুমি ভালো বোঝো আমি খাইনি তা আমার ভালো লাগেনা তাই আমি সব মাস্টার পছন্দ করি না। তবে যারা মাছ পছন্দ করে তারা এখানে প্রচুর পরিমাণে মাছ খায় যেমন আমার সামনে একজন মাছখালক আছে সে তিনটা চারটা খেয়ে ফেলতে পারে। সে আবার বলতেছে তার বেশিও খেতে পারি আসলে যারা মাছ খায় মাছ কিন্তু ভালো জিনিস মাছ কিন্তু কোন অসুখ-বিসুখ হয় না বা মাছের কোন সমস্যা নেই কোন গ্যাস নেই এজন্য মাস্কের একটা আদর্শ খাবার বলা যেতে পারে। এই মাসের সম্পর্কে আমার যতটুকু ধারণা ছিল ততটুকু আপনাদের সামনে তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করেছি যদি আপনাদের কারো আরো বেশি কিছু জানা থাকে তাহলে অবশ্যই আপনার আমার কমেন্টের মাধ্যমে জানাবেন। আর হ্যাঁ এই মাসটির নাম এই মাছটির নাম আমি আবারো আপনাদের সামনে তুলে ধরলাম এই মাছটির নাম হল সিলভার কাপ মাছ আপনার নিশ্চয়ই বুঝতে পেরেছেন কি বলেছি এই মাসের নাম হলো সিলভার কাপ মাছ আবারো আমি বলছি এই মাসের নাম হল সিলভার কাপ মাছ।
