How are you all my dear friends? I hope everyone is well and I am also well and today I am back with a new post. As always, today I am sharing a different kind of recipe.
In winter, we see different types of vegetables in the market and they are very dear to us because after waiting all year, in this winter season, we get those vegetables and get the opportunity to eat them. But among them, my favourite vegetable is the new potato. I like it so much. I like eating new potatoes much more than the potatoes we eat all year round and they are much more delicious.
You won't find a recipe that is made with new potatoes that doesn't taste good. Every recipe made with new potatoes has a different , but when I first bring new potatoes home, the first recipe I make is Aloo Bhaji. I like to eat potato fries. It is not only eaten with rice. It is also good with paratha or roti. We also like to eat potato fries with biryani or pulao. I like to cut the potato fries into small pieces and fry them with some coriander leaves. It gives an extra flavor of coriander leaves and it tastes even better.
It doesn't take much time to make potato fries. Just chop some potatoes and mix them with some onion and green chillies, add a little salt and turmeric and fry them well. You have a delicious potato fries recipe. The rice must be hot with this. If you have a potato fries recipe with that rice, then that rice will taste much better.
I think many people like me like to eat potato fries a lot and many people cannot spend their morning without paratha and potato fries in the morning.
