One of the popular vegetables of Bangladesh is the Dharos and this vegetable is more or less loved by all of us, especially in summer we come across Dharos and it is our favourite vegetable.
There is a slippery substance in rinds and it is very popular because it is very useful these rinds are good enough for our calcium as a vegetable we can include rinds in our diet to meet the lack of calcium and it is very important to keep rinds in the diet of children why not tomorrow If there is a shortage again can fill it with heaps of vegetables.
Yes, today have brought dharos to our house and as winter comes, these dharos will come from the market again and various winter vegetables will come to the market. It will be much more fun and delicious to eat.
Today I will cook dharos without any masala here I have chopped some onions and green chillies and in a kadai, I fry them well with oil then I add the chopped rinds and I will keep them stirring well for a while and five to six minutes Mine will be boiled and then I will fry them well with oil and this will make a delicious recipe
