I like foggy winters like these, it adds a bit of mysteriousness to the place, where you can't see clearly and have to rely on your other senses to get around, some other may not like it, I see it as training, to focus on your sense of touch to get around, it's weird, but nice at the same time. I don't know if there is a word for that kind of feeling, but if there is, please let me know. Thanks!
