Dear friends, today I will share with you the recipe for cooking khichuri with chicken.
Dear friends, first of all, the ingredients that will be required for making Khichuri:
- chicken meat
- Rice and pulses.
- Oil
- Chicken meat cooking spice.
- Various spices like fenugreek, white cardamom, cumin etc. for making pickles.
- Chilli, garlic, ginger, onion etc.

First of all, ginger, garlic, onion etc. should be cleaned properly and made suitable for cooking.For this, they have to be cleaned and ground and at the same time they have to be blended with a blender.It should be kept neatly in a container if it is ready to use.

At this stage, after cutting the chicken meat, put it in a bowl and wash it at the same time as washing the rice in a separate bowl.After washing the meats, put them in a container and prepare the meats for cooking.And the rice should be heated properly with water.
