জার্মানি লতা এইটা তো আমাদের আশেপাশে প্রচুর ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে আছে। কিন্তু আমরা এই লতার বিশেষ গুনাগুন সম্পর্কে অনেকেই জানিনা। অনেকেই এটাকে আগাছা ভেবে বাড়ি পরিষ্কার করে ফেলে, এবং আবর্জনা ভেবে ফেলে দেয়।

ঠিক তেমনি আমারও বাড়ির পাশে এই লতা বিরাজমান প্রচুর পরিমাণে দেখা যায়। তাই ভাবলাম আজকে আমি আপনাদের সাথে এই লতার গুণাগুণ সম্পর্কে সামান্য একটু আলোচনা করি।

বিভিন্ন অঞ্চল ভেদে জার্মানি লতার বিভিন্ন নাম রয়েছে।প্রথমত আমরা জেনে নেব কোন অঞ্চলে কোন ধরনের নামে এটাকে ডাকা হয়।

আমাদের নোয়াখালী অঞ্চলের এটাকে ডাকা হয় রিফুজি লতা, আসাম লতা।
আবার অনেকেই ডাকে বিকাশ লতা নামে
আবার কেউ এটাকে জাপানি লতা, ফিংগিরি লতা নামে ডেকে থাকে।

বিভিন্ন অঞ্চল ভেদেই এটার নাম পরিবর্তন হয়। বিভিন্নজন বিভিন্ন নামে এই লতাকে চিনে থাকে তবে।

• এই লতার বৈজ্ঞানিক নাম

আসাম লতা বা বিকাশ লতা আপনারা যেই নামেই এটাকে চিনেন না কেন। এই লতা আপনার জীবনে অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা ঔষধ হিসেবে কাজ করে। আমাদের যখন হঠাৎ করেই শরীরের কোন জায়গায় কেটে যায়। আপনি যদি সাথে সাথে এই লতার রস, আপনার কাঁটাস্থানে লাগিয়ে দেন সাথে সাথেই রক্ত বন্ধ হয়ে যায়।

এবার চলুন আমি আপনাদেরকে বলব, কিভাবে এই লতা আপনি ব্যবহার করবেন

প্রথমত আপনাকে যেটা করতে হবে। হঠাৎ করেই যখন আপনার শরীরের কোন অঙ্গ কেটে যাবে। সাথে সাথে এই লতার কিছু পাতা ছিড়ে নিবেন।

হাতের তালুতে কিংবা শিলপাটার মধ্যে রেখে ভালো করে এটাকে পিষে নিবেন। এবং শরীরের যে অংশে কাটা গিয়েছে। সে অংশে লাগিয়ে দিয়ে কাপড় বা ব্যান্ডেজ দিয়ে ভালো করে পেঁচিয়ে রেখে দেন।

আনুমানিক ৫ থেকে ৬ ঘন্টা পর খুলে ফেলুন। এবং দেখবেন আপনার হাতের বা আপনার শরীরে যে অংশ কাটা গিয়েছে। সেটার মধ্যে সাথে সাথেই জোড়া লেগে যাবে। এবং এই পাতা ব্যবহার করার সাথে সাথে, আপনার সেই জায়গা থেকে রক্ত পড়া বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

• জার্মানি লতার বা আসাম লতার ভেষজ গুনাগুন

জার্মানি লতার বা আসাম লতা বা রিফুজি লতা এর মধ্যে প্রচুর পরিমাণ ভেষজ গুনাগুন রয়েছে। এবার চলুন কথা না বাড়িয়ে এই আসাম লতার ভেষজ গুনাগুন গুলো কি রয়েছে, সেগুলো সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জেনে নেয়া যাক।।

১:- আমাদের অনেকেরই গ্যাস্ট্রিকের সমস্যা রয়েছে। যদি কারোর অতিরিক্ত গ্যাস্ট্রিকের সমস্যা হয়ে থাকে। তাহলে আপনি যদি প্রতিদিন খালি পেটে আনুমানিক এক লিটার পানি নিবেন। এরপর এই আসাম লতার পাঁচ থেকে ছয়টা পাতা গাছ থেকে ছেড়ে নিয়ে আসবেন

আলাদা একটা বাটির মধ্যে ভালো করে এটাকে পিষে নিবেন, আপনার হাত দিয়ে। এবং পাতার বাকি অংশ ফেলে দেবেন। শুধু রস টুকু আপনি পানির মধ্যে মিশিয়ে, সেই পানি আপনি পান করবেন।

এরকম যদি আপনি প্রত্যেক দিন, এই পাতার রস দিয়ে খালি পেটে এক লিটার পানি পান করতে পারেন। ইনশাআল্লাহ আপনার গ্যাস্ট্রিকের সমস্যা সমাধান হয়ে যাবে।

২:- আপনি যদি একটা সপ্তাহ ধৈর্য ধরে, প্রায় ৪ চা চামচ এই আসাম লতার পাতার রস এবং এর সাথে আনুমানিক এক চা চামচ মধু মিশিয়ে খেতে পারেন। তাহলে আপনার শরীরে যদি রক্ত দূষণ এর কোন সমস্যা থেকে থাকে। আপনার শরীরের রক্ত দূষণ সমস্যার সমাধান হয়ে যাবে।

৩:- এই আসাম লতা ক্ষতস্থান, কাটা জায়গা, গ্যাস্টিকের সমস্যা, কিডনির সমস্যা, বিষক্রিয়া, এই ধরনের সমস্যাগুলোকে খুব সহজে সারিয়ে তুলতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে, বলে জানিয়েছেন ইউনানী গবেষকরা।

৪:- আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকেরই কিডনির মধ্যে পাথর আছে। যেমন এই সমস্যাটা আমার শশুরের ছিল। অনেক ডাক্তার দেখানো হয়েছে। কিন্তু এই সমস্যাটা থেকে তিনি কিছুতেই সেরে উঠতে পারছিলেন না।

একদিন একজন লোকের সাথে উনি যখন কথা বলছিলেন। তখন ওই লোকটা ওনাকে আসাম লতার পাতা চিবিয়ে খেতে বলেছেন। উনি বলেছেন যদি প্রত্যেকদিন চার থেকে পাঁচটা পাতা চিবিয়ে খাওয়া যায়। তাহলে এই কিডনির পাথরের সমস্যাটা সমাধান হয়

আমার শ্বশুর উনার কথা অনুযায়ী প্রায় এক মাস এই আসাম লতার পাতা চিবিয়ে খেয়েছেন। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ উনি এখন অনেক ভালো আছেন। আপনাদের যাদের কিডনির পাথরের সমস্যা আছে। তারা চাইলে একবার ট্রাই করে দেখতে পারেন।

৫:- শীতকালে এমন অনেক মানুষ আছেন। যাদের হাতে চামড়া উঠে একদম খসখসে হয়ে যায়। এ সমস্যাটা আমারও ছিল আমার শ্বশুরের কথা অনুযায়ী আমি একদিন এই আসাম লতার পাতা ছিড়ে এনে আমার হাতে অনেকক্ষণ ঘষাঘষি করলাম। এরপরে আমি লক্ষ্য করলাম ধীরে ধীরে আমার হাতের মরা চামড়া গুলো উঠে নতুন চামড়া দেখা দিল।

আমি এই জিনিসটা লক্ষ্য করে, আমি একটা সিদ্ধান্ত নিলাম। আমি এক সপ্তাহ যাবত এই আসাম লতার পাতা ছিড়ে নিয়ে এসে। আমার হাতে ঘষাঘষি করতে শুরু করলাম। একটা সময় দেখা গেল, আমার হাতের চামড়া উঠে যেরকম খসখসে হয়ে যেত। সে সমস্যা থেকে আমি মুক্তি পেয়েছি।

যাদের জন্ডিস এবং লিভারের সমস্যা রয়েছে। তারাও কিন্তু এই পাতার রস যদি নিয়ম মেনে কয়েকদিন খেতে পারে, তারাও কিন্তু খুব সহজেই। এই সমস্যাগুলো থেকে বের হয়ে আসতে পারবেন।

আমাদের চোখের সামনে প্রতিনিয়ত অনেক ঔষধি গাছ রয়েছে। কিন্তু আমরা আসলে এর ঔষধি গুনাগুন সম্পর্কে জানি ও না। আমাদের জীবনে এই ওষুধই গাছগুলো ব্যবহার করতে পারি না।

আমি ঠিক জানিনা এই আসাম লতার সম্পর্কে আপনাদের সাথে কতটুকু শেয়ার করতে পেরেছি। আপনাদেরকে কতটুকু বোঝাতে পেরেছি। তবে আমার ক্ষুদ্র জ্ঞানে যতটুকু ছিল, ততটুকুই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার চেষ্টা করেছি।

Assam Lata or Bikash Lata, whatever name you know it by. This vine acts as a very important medicine in your life. When we suddenly get a cut anywhere in our body. If you immediately apply the juice of this vine on your thorn, the bleeding stops immediately.

The first thing you need to do is: When you suddenly lose a limb, immediately tear off some leaves from this vine.

Crush it well by placing it in the palm of your hand or between your fingers. Then apply it to the cut part of your body and wrap it well with a cloth or bandage.

Remove it after about 5 to 6 hours. And you will see that the cut part of your hand or your body will immediately heal. And as soon as you use this leaf, the bleeding from that place will stop.

1:- Many of us have gastric problems. If someone has extra gastric problems. Then if you take approximately one liter of water on an empty stomach every day. Then take five to six leaves of this Assam creeper from the tree.

In a separate bowl, crush it well, with your hands. And throw away the rest of the leaves. Just mix the juice with water and drink that water.

If you drink one liter of water with the juice of this leaf on an empty stomach every day, InshaAllah your gastric problem will be solved.

2:- If you are patient for a week, you can take about 4 teaspoons of this Assam creeper leaf juice and mix it with about one teaspoon of honey. Then if there is any problem of blood pollution in your body. The problem of blood pollution in your body will be solved.

3:- This Assam vine plays an important role in easily healing wounds, cuts, gastric problems, kidney problems, poisoning, and other such problems, according to Unani researchers.

4:- Many of us have kidney stones. For example, my father-in-law had this problem. He was seen by many doctors. But he could not recover from this problem at all.

One day when he was talking to a man. That man told him to chew the leaves of Assam creeper. He said if you chew four to five leaves every day. Then the problem of kidney stones will be solved.

My father-in-law has been chewing the leaves of this Assam creeper for about a month as per his instructions. Alhamdulillah, he is doing much better now. Those of you who have kidney stone problems can try it once if you want.

5:- There are many people in winter. Whose hands get dry and cracked. I also had this problem. According to my father-in-law, one day I picked the leaves of this Assam creeper and rubbed them on my hands for a long time. After that, I noticed that the dead skin on my hands gradually came off and new skin appeared.

I noticed this thing, I made a decision. I picked the leaves of this Assam creeper for a week and started rubbing them on my hands. At one point, it was seen that the skin on my hands used to become rough and flaky. I got rid of that problem.
