Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends, how are you all? Hope everyone is well and living a very good life by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the grace of Allah.Woke up this morning. I washed my hands and left for coaching in the morning. After coming back from coaching, I thought about what to post about today. At such a time, our house has a boiler chicken and a pumpkin in the courtyard window. Today I will tell you the benefits of eating gourd. And what happens when boiler chickens eat

This picture you are looking at is borrowed from a farm in our house. This is a boiler chicken. It looks very nice though. It looks more beautiful for a red crown on its head. But if we eat broiler chicken almost a day then it is not very beneficial for our body.First let's say that boiler chicken is not good for our body because boiler chicken is fed with anti-antibiotics. which harms the human brain.Eating more bazaar reduces the antibiotic bacteria in our body. Which is not beneficial for our body. It is not necessary for us to eat more.Broiler chickens are given synthetic hormones to fatten them up in a short period of time, which disrupts human fertility.Broiler chickens are cooked at very high temperatures, which produce substances known as carcinogens. This substance can give rise to cancer in the human body. It can be a problem if consumed daily, but consuming it for two to 5 days in a row will not cause so much problem, InshaAllah.Broiler chicken is very low in fiber. But calories are plentiful. Due to which the body weight is likely to increase. But to keep our body fit we need to have two to three pieces of chicken every day. So that our body is healthy.

This gourd is our home gourd. I am sharing beautiful pictures with you. I like to eat gourd very much. There are also many benefits of gourd. But I don't like to eat gourd. It feels very different to eat. This gourd relationship I am sharing with you some pictures and some benefits of gourd hope you will like it.We must eat gourd to stay healthy in this winter morning. Gourd contains a lot of water which is very good for our body. Eating gourd improves our digestion. This is one of the great benefits that the club has to offer.1. Potassium and fiber in gourd helps to control blood pressure. But no one likes to eat gourd. We need to eat gourd 10 to 15 days a month.2.Vitamin, high water content is available from gourd. These ingredients keep our skin and hair healthy.3. Fiber in gourd helps reduce cholesterol. It reduces the risk of heart disease, which is very good for our body.Hope you like my post.
