আসসালামু আলাইকুম আমার প্রিয় বন্ধুরা, কেমন আছেন সবাই? আশা করি সবাই ভালো আছেন এবং আল্লাহর রহমতে খুব ভালো জীবন যাপন করছেন। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমিও আল্লাহর রহমতে অনেক ভালো আছি।আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করতে যাচ্ছি গতকালের দিনটি আমি কিভাবে কাটিয়েছি সেই সম্পর্কে আমি আপনাদের সাথে আলোচনা করব আশা করি আপনাদের অনেক ভালো লাগবে। অনেকদিন ধরে আমি পোস্ট দিতে পারিনি। আমার অনেক কাজকর্ম থাকার কারণে আমাদের ব্লক সাইটে পোজ দিতে পারেনি এখন থেকে নিয়ম তাই পোস্ট দেবো ইনশাআল্লাহ। আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করব গতকালের দিনটি আমি কিভাবে কাটিয়েছি এই সম্পর্কে তো সকাল থেকে সন্ধ্যা পর্যন্ত যেভাবে আমি কাটিয়েছি সে বিষয়ে আপনাদের সাথে আলোচনা করব আশা করি আপনাদের অনেক ভালো লাগবে। আজকে হচ্ছে শুক্রবার অর্থাৎ আজকে আমাদের সবকিছু বন্ধ এবং আজকের হচ্ছে জুম্মার দিন। আজকে আমাদের সবকিছু বন্ধ থাকে এই শুক্রবারের দিনে আমাদের বাংলাদেশে দুইটা দিন সপ্তাহে বন্ধ থাকে শুক্রবার আরেকদিন হচ্ছে শনিবার এই দুইদিনে আমাদের সারা বাংলাদেশে সরকারি কাজকর্ম বন্ধ থাকে। আগে যদিও সপ্তাহে একদিন বন্ধ থাকতো পরে সরকার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়ে সপ্তাহর দুই দিন বন্ধুর করে দেন সরকারি যত উপকার কাজকর্ম আছে। আজকে হচ্ছে ৩১ তারিখ জানুয়ারি মাস এবং ২০২৫ সাল এই মাসের শেষের দিকে বলা যায় আজকে। দেখতে দেখতে আমাদের জানুয়ারি মাসটা কেটে যাচ্ছে। বোঝার কোন উপায়নি সময় কি ভাবে কেটে যাচ্ছে। জানুয়ারি মাসটা আমাদের কিন্তু দেখতে দেখতে কেটে গেল। তো আজকে সকাল বেলা ঘুম থেকে উঠে প্রথমে আজকে মোবাইল হাতে নিয়ে একটু টিপাটিপি করে মোবাইল। আমি কিন্তু পোস্টটি গতকালের ছবি বা বৃহস্পতিবারে যা করেছি তা আমি আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করছি। তোর মোবাইল টিপার পরে বারে যে হাতে বিরাজ টা নিয়ে দাঁত মাজতে শুরু করলাম তিন থেকে চার মিনিট দাঁত ঘষার পরে। একটু কোলে করে নিয়ে একটা হালকা করে ধুয়ে সকাল বেলা খালি পেটে এক গ্লাস পানি খেয়ে নিলাম এটা খেলে নাকি গ্যাসের হওয়া সম্ভব না থাকে না প্রতিদিন সকালবেলা খালি পেটে পানি খেলে যদি এ সম্পর্কে আমার ধারণা নেই তবুও খায় কারণ পানি খাওয়া আমাদের ছোটদের পক্ষে প্রচুর উপকারী। কুতু হয়ে এসে সকালবেলা একটু বইনে পড়াশোনা করার পরে কোচিং এর উদ্দেশ্যে বেরিয়ে যায়, কোচিং এর উদ্দেশ্যে, কোচিং থেকে এসে সকালের খাবারটা খেয়ে নিয়ে একটু ঘোরাঘুরি করার পরে চলে যায় আমাদের বাড়ির এক পাশে আমাদের সবজির বাগান রয়েছে সেখানে আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে দেখাবো আমাদের বাগানে কি সমস্ত শাকসবজি আছে তিনটা সবজি সম্পর্কে আপনাদের মাঝে আলোচনা করব আশা করি আপনাদের অনেক ভালো লাগবে।

প্রথমে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করছি লাউ। আপনার উপরে ছবিটি দেখতে পাচ্ছেন আমাদের লাউ গাছটি। এখন আমি বলবো আমাদের বাগানে এই গাছটি আমি কিভাবে লাগিয়েছি। আমি প্রথমে লাউ গাছটি লাগানোর জন্য অবশ্যই মাটি প্রস্তুতি করতে হবে আমি মাটি প্রস্তুতি করার জন্য সেখানে জৈব সার অনেক আগে থেকে তৈরি করে রেখেছিলাম। যেখানে লাউ গাছটি রোপন করব সেখান থেকে মাটি দুই থেকে তিন হাত উড়ে জৈব সার আর এই দোআঁশ মাটি এক করে দি এক করে দিয়ে সেইটা অনেকদিন ধরে শুকাতে দি সাথে মাটির পিএস স্বাভাবিক থাকে আমাদের দেশে যদিও কৃষকরা অনেক কিছু চাষ করে মাটির পিএস সম্পর্কে ধারণা নেই সেজন কৃষকরা প্রচুর পরিমাপে কীটনাশক দিয়ে থাকে তারা যদি মাটির পিএস সম্পর্কে জানত তাহলে যে পরিমাপের সার দিতে হয় তারা বস্তু মাটির পিএস যদি বেড়ে যায় তাহলে পটাশিয়াম সোডিয়াম এই সমস্ত সার দিলে মাটি পিএস স্বাভাবিক চলে আসবে আর যদি মাটির পিএস কমে যায় তাহলে সেখানে জমিতে চুন দিয়ে দিলে মাটি স্বাভাবিকের চলে আসবে। যাইহোক আমাদের যে বিষয়টি নিয়ে আলোচনা করছি সেটি বলি তারপরে আমি লাউয়ের বীজ বাজার থেকে কিনে নিয়ে আসে। তারপরে বাজার থেকে আমি আসার পরে বীজ পানিতে ডুবিয়ে রাখি যাতে বীচ ভালোভাবে জ্বালায় তারপরে আমি কিছুক্ষণ পরে মাটিতে বীজগুলো রোপন করে দিই তারপরে ওই টাওয়ার মধ্যে পানি দিয়ে দি পানি দেওয়ার পরে সেখানে পানি বেঁধে থাকলে কেটে দিতে হবে কারণ বেশি পানি হলে বীজ পৌঁছে যেতে পারে। তারপর কিছুদিন হয়ে গেলে এ লাভের গাছ গুলো জ্বালিয়ে যায় তারপরে আপনারা উপরে ছবিতে দেখতে পাচ্ছেন এখন আমার লাউয়ের কাছে ফুল ধরে গেছে। কিছুদিন পরে ইনশাআল্লাহ লাউ ধরে যাবে।

আর উপরে যে ছবিটি দেখতে পারছেন এটি হচ্ছে পালং শাকের ছবি আমি কিভাবে পালং শাকের চাষ করেছি এ সম্পর্কে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে আলোচনা করব অচ্ছা করি আপনাদের অনেক ভালো লাগবে। তো আমি প্রথমে পালং শাক লাগানোর জন্য মাটি প্রস্তুতি করিনি প্রথমে যেখানে শক্তি লাগাবো ততটুকু জায়গা আমি কোদাল বা নাঙ্গল দিয়ে চাষ করে নেব চাষ করার পরে এখানে প্রচুর লাভের জন্য থাকবেসেইগুলো পরিষ্কার করে দেব। পরিষ্কার করে দেওয়ার পরে মাটিগুলো আবার গুড়ো করে নিতে হবে যাতে পালং শাক ভালোমতো বাড় তারপরে মাটি প্রস্তুতি করার কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় তারপরে আমি তারপরে বাজার থেকে যে পালং শাকের বিষ কিনে নিয়ে আসি বিষ কিনে না আসার পরে এগুলো আমি এক ঘণ্টার মতো রোদে দিয়ে ঢুকেনি যাতে পেছন গুলো জ্বালাতে ভালোমতো সাহায্য করে তারপরে আমি ওই পাল শাকের ব্রিজগুলো পানিতে ডুবিয়ে রেখে দিই পানিতে রেখে দেওয়ার কারণ হচ্ছে পালং শাকের বেচেন পানিতে খেয়ে নিলে ভালোমতো জ্বালাবে সেজন্য আমি পানিতে ডুবিয়ে রেখে দেই তারপরে আমি পানি থেকে উঠিয়ে একটি পাত্রে রেখে দিলাম কিছুক্ষণ পরে যেই মাটি বীজগুলো রোপন করব সেখানে নিয়ে গিয়ে বীজগুলো ভালো মতো বানিয়ে দিলাম বুনি দেয়ার পরে মাটি আবার কুপিয়ে বীজগুলো মাটির তলে ভালোমতো দিয়ে দিলাম। দেওয়ার পরে সেখানে ওই ব্রিজের উপরে পানি দিয়ে দিলাম ৫ থেকে ৬ দিন পরে পালং শাকের বেসিনগুলো থেকে কুচি বাড়াতে লাগলো তারপরে আপনারা দেখতে পাচ্ছেন এখন বর্তমানে আমার পালং শাক এখন কত বড় হয়ে গেছে আপনারা উপরে ছবিতে দেখতে পাচ্ছেন এখন এই পালং শাকটি খাওয়ার উপযোগী হয়ে গেছে।

But at one time there was a different price when cauliflower was new in the market then it was around 80 to 90 taka per piece and now even if it is free no one wants to buy cauliflower. এখন যে ছবিটি দেখছেন এটি হচ্ছে আমাদের বাগানের ফুলকপি।এখন আমি বলব আমাদের বাগানে আমি কিভাবে এই ফুলকপি চাষ করেছি এ সম্পর্কে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে আলোচনা করব আশা করি অনেক ভালো লাগবে আপনাদের। প্রথমে আমি ফুলকপি লাগানোর জন্য আমাদের অবশ্যই মাটি ভালোমতো প্রস্তুতি করে নিতে হবে মাঠে যদি ভালো মতন প্রস্তুতি করে না নিয়ে তাহলে ফুলকপি ভালোমতো সার্চ করা যাবে না কিন্তু এইসব যে হয় হচ্ছে মাটির প্রকারভ ভেবে মাঠে যদি ভালো না হয় তাহলে শাকসব্য ভালো হবে না আর যদি মাটি যদি ভাল হয় তাহলে শাকসবজি অনেক ভালো হবে। এখন আমি আমাদের বলবো আমি কিভাবে ফুলকপি চাষ করেছি যদিও আমার ফুলকপি বিশটা চারা এনে লাগিয়েছে অল্প জায়গার মধ্যে। প্রথমে আমি আমাদের পুকুর পাড়ের বাবরির উপর এই ফুলকপি গুলো লাগানোর জন্য মাটি প্রস্তুতি করে নি। সুন্দরভাবে মাটিগুলো কুপিয়ে নি দুদিন পরে আবার এ মাটি কুপিয়ে নি তারপরে আবার চারদিন পরে এই মাটি সুন্দর ভাবে কুপিয়ে গুরু করে নিয়ে এখানে বিভিন্ন প্রকার কীটনাশক দিয়ে মাটি জাত করেনি তারপরে জৈব ছাড় দিয়ে দে। তারপরে আমি নার্সারি থেকে কিছু ফুলকপির তারা কিনে নিয়ে আসি যদিও তাছাড়া আমাদের এই দিকে ফুলকপির চারা পাওয়া যায় না সে যেন আমাদের না ছেড়ে থেকে নিয়ে আসতে হয় ফুলকপির চারা। ফুলকপি ছাড়া আনার পরে কিছুদিন পরে ফুলকপি গুলো চারা রোপন করে দেই। প্রফোন করে দেওয়ার পরে পানি দিয়ে দি যাতে চারা গাছগুলো ভালোমতো হয়ে যায়। তারপরে কিছুদিন পরে হয়ে গেলে আমি এগুলোতে আবার কিছু পরিমাপে ইউরিয়া সার দিয়ে দেই যাতে বাঁধাকপি তাড়াতাড়ি বড় হয়ে যায় তারপরে আবার পানি দিয়ে দি পানি দেওয়ার পরে দেখতে পায় গাছগুলো খুবই সুন্দর দেখা যাচ্ছে। তারপরে আবার কিছুদিন পরে আমি স্প্রে করে দেই যাতে পসরা ধরেছিল সেজন্য আমি স্পিড করে দেই স্পেল করে দেওয়ার পরে দেখি পাতার সুন্দর একটি কালার চলে এসেছে। তারপর কিছুদিন পরে দেখি আমাদের ফুলকপি ফুল চলে এসেছি মানে ফুলকপি ধরা শুরু করে দিয়েছে এখন আপনারা উপরে ছবিটি দেখতে পাচ্ছেন আমাদের ফুলকপি কত বড় হয়ে গেছে। আমাদের বাংলাদেশের যদিও শাক সবজির দাম এখন বর্তমানে অনেক কম। কিন্তু এক এক সময় এক এক রকম দাম থাকে খন ফুলকপি বাজারে নতুন নতুন এসেছিল তখন প্রতি পিস ছিল প্রায় 80 থেকে 90 টাকা আর এখন বর্তমানে ফ্রি দিলেও কেউ ফুলকপি নিতে চাচ্ছে না। পোস্টে ভিজিট করার জন্য ধন্যবাদ। আল্লাহ হাফেজ।
