Stories in my garden and exercise

Hello everyone, I have thought since yesterday that I have to exercise earlier tomorrow because yesterday my wife took me for a run, the weather was quite hot. Also, before noon yesterday, there was construction on the road in the village. So I talked to my wife since yesterday that we will exercise early tomorrow. And it happened as I thought when the alarm clock went off, it was time to go exercise. So I told my wife that it was time to run out of the garden house. Today, the sky is not clear yet, it is still dark at 5:30 am. It is good that there is electricity on the road, which helps brighten the road, making it convenient for me to run and exercise. Today, I have to hurry especially when running, sometimes running, sometimes walking, but walking at a fast pace because my wife ran ahead. My wife ran while I walked at some parts. After walking for a while, I opened my phone to check the App. In conclusion, my numbers and my wife’s were not the same. I do not know the reason why.
But my wife and I walked together. There were some parts where my wife ran and I walked, and some parts where I ran the same wife. This may not be the same. I walked until it started to get light, and my wife invited me to walk to the coffee shop so that we could buy things to give to the monks. When we reached the bridge over the Trang River in this area, the atmosphere was very good. The birds in this area were chirping as if to say that it was morning and they could go out to find food. And if you look far away on the river bank, you will see boats fishing or looking for something in the river. So I took many pictures and videos of this spot. When I arrived at the coffee shop today, I ordered Nescafe and bought some snacks to give to my aunt. And on the way, I saw a monk walking to collect alms. I bought some snacks and rice soup. While waiting for the coffee, I walked to take pictures of the coffee shop. It is a shop next to the Trang River with a beautiful view. It is not far from the tourist attraction Khao Sam Bat. Looking through the Trang River canal, you will see big trees. It is a beautiful view. If I had time to sit and drink coffee on the sidewalk, it would be great. But today I did not have much time because my daughter had to go to school, so I had to hurry. When the coffee was served, I ate coffee and snacks.
Then we went back to exercise. On the way, we stopped to give my aunt some snacks and continued running back on the same route. Luckily, it was as good as I thought. I told my wife that I wanted to give alms and so I did. I met a monk walking back from collecting alms on the village road. I gave alms as I wished. Then I exercised by walking and running until I reached a white house next to the road. In that area, I brought my pets to eat grass here, which was my cow. I went down to move the cow to eat grass in that area. Then I quickly ran and walked back to the house in the garden to wait for my daughter to finish dressing and take her to school. When I came back from taking my daughter to school,
I brought food for my poultry pets, ducks, chickens and geese. When I finished, I did my daily duties. I opened Like to read Dhamma. When I finished reading Dhamma, I went to my pets again. Before going out today, there were many duck and chicken eggs hidden by the fence. So I put them in the basket in front of the car. I moved the cows to eat grass again. Then I drove the tricycle to a Khanom Jeen shop in the village. Today, I took my wife to eat Khanom Jeen for lunch. This Khanom Jeen shop is my wife’s regular shop. When I got there, I ordered 2 plates of Khanom Jeen with coconut milk curry, 2 boiled eggs and 1 glass of soda with lemon. The vendor brought the food to serve. Feeling tired like this, I felt hungry. I ate 2 plates of Khanom Jeen. There were a lot of vegetables on the dining table, boiled eggs, condiments, fried chili and peanuts, and dessert. There were 2 plates of fish kidney curry. I was so full.
Finished, paid, before going back, I remembered that I had collected eggs and duck eggs in front of my cart, so I took the duck eggs and chicken eggs to the shop owner, and the shop owner gave me several pieces of dumplings. I drove home, returned to the white house, went down to move the cows to eat grass again, and walked back to the garden house. From 5:30 am to now, I still have the app open. I want to know how much the exercise, gardening and daily life graph will measure. In conclusion, the graph measured 10,000. Today, I did better than yesterday. Even though I put in my daily life, my subconscious mind always thinks that I have to move my body to exercise and use this app to help control my exercise. Thank you for the good app. It makes me exercise for a strong body. Today, I would like to encourage everyone who is thinking of exercising. I still have a daily routine to do, which is to cut banana trees to grind banana stems for my pets to mix with food to save costs.
