This morning after I went jogging with my wife, I came back home. On the way, I stopped by my relative's house to order "Mantou" dessert. I will buy it and send it to my daughter who lives in the province (Koh Phangan). My relative's house runs a bakery.
When I got there, there were only desserts for worshiping the gods. Turtle dessert. My relative told me that it takes about 3-4 days
to make Mantou dessert.
It was also expired. He told me to give it to the ducks and chickens.
It was expired dessert and leftovers. When I got home, I gave these desserts to the ducks, chickens, geese, and fish that I raised. I brought the desserts to the pier here. The ducks like to come and sunbathe in the morning and evening.
These big bags of snacks will be given to pets. Today, you don't have to give processed food. Change to eating snacks instead. Change the taste of food. These animals like it. They like to eat these breads. Their behavior when I give them bread, they will eat the bread and immediately go to drink water.
And there are some chickens that, after eating bread, they often use their mouths to grab the bread and run. When I saw it, I couldn't help but laugh at their behavior. It seems that they are afraid that their friends will steal the food they have. So they run to eat bread in other areas. My pets, when they are full, they go to play in the water. They will probably be quiet for a meal. But don't let them get hungry, they will make noises asking for food from me immediately every meal. That is their signal to warn them that they are hungry.
Afternoon
Yesterday afternoon. I ordered a water pipe several days ago and yesterday I installed the pipe. A staff came to deliver and install new water pipes to water the oil palm. It's the dry season now. The solar panels are sprinkling water in the middle of a large pond. I have to go on a boat to connect the pipes. My boat hasn't been used for a long time, so there's stagnant water in the boat and rotten leaves and receipts all over the boat because the boat is parked in the pond.
I slowly use a dipper to scoop water and clean the boat. I slowly row the boat away from the shore to the solar panels in the middle of the pond.
So I called my daughter. My daughter took the pictures. At first, I thought of calling my wife to take pictures, but she was probably cooking in the kitchen. When my daughter took the pictures for me, I could just sit and check the pictures. The pictures still tell a story even though they were taken from a distance. My daughter also wanted to go on the boat, but I didn't dare to risk it because I had to work on cutting the pipes. I was afraid that she would fall into the water.
She walked around taking pictures on the bank. I didn't cut the pipes for long. When I finished, I went to the shore and let my daughter tie the boat. Just her tying the boat rope to the tree made her happy. The happiness and fun of the children. My daughter and I walked into the house. Yesterday my wife made cookies. When I arrived home, my wife brought me cold water to drink. Then she brought me snacks to eat. Coffee with cookies. As for my daughter, it was iced tea and cookies.
This menu is my daughter's cooking. She wanted to show off her cooking skills, so she asked her mother to cook for her dinner tonight. It's rice mixed with eggs, "Khao Jee". I don't know if I got the name of the food right. Normally, they cook with sticky rice.
My daughter cooked rice. She went into the kitchen and disappeared for a while. Then she came back and served me food and asked me if it looked delicious. The only answer I had to give my daughter after typing her cooking skills was "It tastes delicious."
My daughter smiled widely. Her cuteness, happiness, and pride clearly shone through.
Evening activities before dusk
My wife and I, including our daughter, went out to the pier and brought fish food to feed the fish.
Today, for dinner, the fish here, I gave them pellets. The fish I raise are now quite big. You can clearly see that each pellet weighs about 2 kilograms. I caught them 2-3 months ago.
Including other brands, there are both small and large fish. There are also small ones in nature. My wife feeds the fish and I take pictures. The atmosphere in the evening is comfortable. The weather is nice. Sitting and watching the view while feeding the fish is very enjoyable. When these fish grow up, they start to eat more. Sometimes I find them so hard that my eyes will fight with the banana stalks or the banana stalks.
