Hello Everyone,আসসালামু আলাইকুম অন্যান্য জাতি ভাইদের জন্য নমস্কার। আজকের বিষয় টা হল আমাদের গ্রামের পশু পাখি নিয়ে।আমরা মুলত ছবিতে যে পাখি দেখতে পাচ্ছি। থাকে।আমি এদের ছবিটা এক বাগান থেকে তুলেছি।রাজ হাস গুলো তাদের মা হাসের সাথে ঘুরা ঘুরি করছে।
রাজ হাস রাখার কারন আমাদের আগে কার জুগে রাজা বাদসারা এই পাখি তারা খাওয়ার জন্য পালন করত। তারা এই নাম রেখেছে রাজ হাস। রাজ হাসের মাংশ খুবই সুসাদু হয়াই এই মাংশ রাজা বাদসারা খেত। তবে এখন সবাই এই পাখির মাংস সবাই খাই কম বেসি। এখন সবাই রাজহাস বাড়িতে পালন করে। আমাদের গ্রামে এই রাজ হাসের বাচ্চা কিনে তারা বড় করে।
রাজহাঁসের বাচ্চা ১ বছর হলে তারা ডিম দেই সাই ডিম দিয়ে আবারও বাচ্চা ফটানোর জন্য দেয়। এই রাজ হাস খুব লাভ জনক হয় তাই বাড়িতে বাড়িতে এদের কে পালন করা হয়। অনেক জাইগাই এই রাজ হাসের হেচারি দেওয়া হয় এবং বাড়িতে পালন করা হয়। কারন রাজ হাসের দাম অনেক বেশি। এই হাসের ব্যাবসা করলে অনেক লাভ জনক হয় যাই।
আমার বাড়িতে দুই টাছিল আমমি সেগুলো পালন করতাম সেখান থেকে আমার অনেক গুলো রাজ হাস হয়েগিয়েছিল এবং সেগুলো আমি বিক্রি করে দিয়ে আবার বাচ্চা কিনে পালন করে বড় করে বিক্রি করতাম এভাবে কূরই বিক্রয় করে লাওবান হয়া যেত।
তবে রাজ হাস দেখতে অনেক ভাল লাগে।
রাজহাঁস পালন করা কিছু নিয়ম আছে যেমন :বাচ্চা কিনে অথবা ডিম দিয়ে নিজেদের বড়ো রাজহাঁস দিয়ে বাচ্চা ফোটানো তার পারে এই বাচ্চা গুলো ভালো করে রাখতে হবে। তাদের জন্য একটি পরিমান মত ছোট করে একটি ঘর তৈরি করে তাতে রাখতে হবে। বাচ্চা গুলোকে সবুজ রঙের ঘাস দিতে হবে খাবার হিসেবে। তার সাতে তাদেরকে কিছু চাউলের গুরা জলদিয়ে গুলিয়ে দিলে তারা খাবে।
