Good Night 🌌 🌉

Assalamu Alaikum
Wishing everyone a good afternoon, I started writing today's regular post to give a gift even though it is late.
I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah Almighty. Alhamdulillah, I am also well by the grace of Allah Almighty with everyone's prayers.
In this busy world, there is no telling how much work comes into people's lives, and how many ways to earn a living are found.
As the day goes by, the knowledge and intelligence of people is becoming more and more keen under the command of Allah Almighty. However, some people use this knowledge and intelligence for bad purposes. Some are using it for good purposes.
People are doing everything in the pursuit of life and livelihood. Some are inventing, some are doing research, some are doing business, some are setting up factories, some are cultivating accumulated land, and some are busy with other activities.
Just as people are very excited to be busy with work, there is no shortage of work in this world. Everyone is dedicating themselves to running their family in whatever way they can.
It is said, There is no good or bad in actions, I don't know how true this is!. It seems to me that actions also have good and bad.

সবাইকে বিকালের শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়ে, আজকের নিয়মিত পোস্ট দেরিতে হলেও উপহার দিতে লেখা শুরু করলাম।
আশা করি মহান আল্লাহর রহমতে সবাই ভাল আছেন। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, আমিও সবার দোয়া নিয়ে মহান আল্লাহর রহমতে ভালো আছি।
কর্মব্যস্ত এই পৃথিবীতে মানুষের জীবনে কতই যে কর্ম আসে, আর কতই যে জীবিকা নির্বাহের পথ খুঁজে বের করা হয়, তার কোন ইয়াত্তা নাই।
দিন যতই যাচ্ছে মহান আল্লাহর নির্দেশে মানুষের জ্ঞান বুদ্ধি ততই প্রখর হচ্ছে। তবে এ জ্ঞান বুদ্ধি কেউ কেউ খারাপের কাজে লাগায়। আবার কেউ কেউ ভালো কাজে ব্যবহার করছেন।
জীবন ও জীবিকার তাগিদে মানুষ সবকিছুই করছেন । কেউ উদ্ভাবন করছেন, কেউ গবেষণা করছেন, কেউ ব্যবসা করছেন, কেউ কল কারখানা দিচ্ছেন, কেউ জমা জমি আবাদ করছেন, কেউবা অন্যান্য কর্মে ব্যস্ত হয়ে গেছেন।
মানুষ যেমন কর্মব্যস্ত হওয়ার জন্য ব্যাপকভাবে উৎফুল্ল হয়েছেন, তেমনি কর্মের অভাবও এ পৃথিবীতে দেখা যায় না। যে যেভাবে, যেপথে পারেন,সেই দুই পয়সা আয় রোজগার করে, সংসার চালনার জন্য নিজেকে নিয়োজিত করছেন।
বলা হয়, কর্মের কোন ভালো মন্দ নাই, একথা কতদূর সত্য আমি জানিনা !। কর্মেরও ভালো-মন্দ আছে বলে আমার কাছে মনে হয়।

If a scientist is compared to a shoemaker in terms of work, then work has no individuality of its own. Work itself has disappeared. With it, the worker also disappears.
Some work attracts people to its sustenance. Some work attracts people to its luxury. Some work attracts people to destroy them. So if all work is the same, then why will destruction come in the midst of work?
So why don't we do work! Of course we will. Whoever has the ability, the amount of intelligence, the experience in the work, he should do that work. No one will do anyone's work.
It is said, People cannot be considered and analyzed by their work! I don't even know how far this statement applies!. However, people are measured and considered by their work and people are called by the name of their good work.
The one who does work, is the owner of that work or is called by the name of that work or is given that title.
In the past, those who worked in the royal court, such as washermen, sweepers, porters, scientists, tantrics, shepherds, shepherds, government officials, carpenters, cobblers, sweepers, cooks, janitors, guards, kotwali, etc., were called by the titles of their jobs. Those titles still remain and are called by those names.

একজন বৈজ্ঞানিককে একজন সুমেকারের সাথে যদি কর্মের তুলনা করা হয়, তাহলে তো কর্মের কোন নিজস্ব স্বকীয়তা থাকল না। কর্ম নিজেই বিলীন হয়ে গেল। তার সাথে কর্মীও বিলীন হয়ে যায়।
কিছু কিছু কর্ম মানুষকে তার রেজেকের প্রতি আকৃষ্ট করে থাকে। কিছু কিছু কর্ম তার বিলাসিতার প্রতি আকৃষ্ট করে থাকে। কিছু কিছু কর্ম তাকে ধ্বংস করার জন্য আকৃষ্ট করে থাকে। তাহলে সব কর্মই যদি একই রকম হয়, তাহলে কর্মের মাঝে ধ্বংস কেন আসবে?
তাই বলে কি আমরা কর্ম করবো না! অবশ্যই করবো ।যার যে ক্ষমতা, যার যতটুকু বুদ্ধি, যার যে কর্মে অভিজ্ঞতা বেশি ,সে কর্ম তাকেই করতে হবে। কারো কর্ম কেউ করবে না।
বলা হয়, কর্ম নিয়ে মানুষকে বিবেচনা এবং বিশ্লেষণ করা যাবে না! এ কথাটি কতদূর প্রযোজ্য, তাহাও আমার জানা নাই !। তবে কর্ম দিয়েই মানুষের মাপজোক ও মানুষকে বিবেচনা করা হয় এবং সকর্মের নামে মানুষকে ডাকা হয়।
যে যেমন কর্ম করে, তাকে সেই কর্মের মালিক বা সেই কর্মের নাম ধরেই ডাকা হয় বা সেই উপাধি দেওয়া হয়।
আগেকার দিনে রাজ দরবারে যারা কাজ করতো, যেমন- ধোপা, মেথর, কুলি, বিজ্ঞানী, তান্ত্রিক ,ধীবর ,রাখাল, সরকার, মন্ডল,মুচি,মেথর, রাঁধুনী ,হেঁসেল, গাড়িয়াল,কোতয়ালী, ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি কর্ম থেকেই তাদের কর্মের উপাধি দিয়ে তাদেরকে, সেভাবেই ডাকা হতো।এখনো সে উপাধি গুলো রয়ে গেছে এবং সেই নামেই ডাকা হচ্ছে।

As far as is known, the only reason why people's names are associated with their work is that those who did the work in the courts of ancient kings and emperors were given those titles and they were supported in all those works. Even today is no exception. Now there is a government,
They also have various titles for working in government offices. For example, minister, MP, secretary, director, officer, clerk, boss, etc. etc. Again, many people who do their own work are becoming known as traders, matavbar, cobbler, rickshaw puller, driver, sweeper, etc. etc., their work is associated with their name. In society, some are matchmakers, some are marriage makers, and how many more!
It is not possible to bring all of these
into a simple post.

রাজা, বাদশা, সম্রাট, বিচারক, সরকার, মন্ডল, সবকিছুই মানুষ যে কর্ম করে, সেই কর্ম নিয়ে ডাকা হয়।
যতদূর জানা যায়, মানুষের কর্মের সহিত নামের যুক্ত হওয়ার একমাত্র কারণ, প্রাচীন রাজা-বাদসাহর দরবারে যারা যেসব কাজ করত, তাদেরকে সেই সব উপাধি দিয়ে ভরণ পোষণ দেওয়া হতো এবং তাদেরকে সেই সব কাজেই সহযোগিতা করা হতো ।আজও তার ব্যতিক্রম নয়। এখন সরকার আছে,
সরকারি দপ্তরে কাজ করার জন্য তাদেরও নানান উপাধি। এসেছে যেমন মন্ত্রী,এমপি, সচিব, ডিরেক্টর,পরিচালক, অফিসার, কেরানি, বস, ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি । আবার নিজের কাজ নিজে করতে গিয়ে অনেকে ব্যবসায়ী, মাতব্বর, মুচি ,রিকশাওয়ালা, ড্রাইভার, সুইপার ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি, সকর্ম নিজের নামের সাথে জড়িয়ে পরিচিত হচ্ছেন। সমাজে কেউ ঘটক, কেউ ম্যারেজ মেকার, আরো কত কি ! এসবের
সবকিছু সাধারন একটি পোস্টে নিয়ে আসা কোন কর্মই সম্ভব নয়।

Anyway, I forgot the real point while chatting. Yesterday evening, when I left home for a walk, I saw some people doing something random on the side of the road. I stopped. I pointed the camera at them and started recording their video. At some point, I realized that they were busy collecting honey by setting up beehive boxes in the mustard field. It was afternoon. So they would cover the beehives and go to their place of residence. I talked to them while recording pictures and videos. I tried to explain for a while. They said that their title or name was Mouyal when they saw the pictures and videos, all this will become clear to you.

যাইহোক বকবক করতে করতে আসল কথা ভুলেই গেছি। গতকাল সন্ধ্যায় যখন আমি বাড়ি থেকে হাঁটতে বের হলাম, তখন দেখি এখানে কিছু লোক রাস্তার ধারে এলোমেলোভাবে কি যেন করছেন। আমি থমকে দাঁড়ালাম। ক্যামেরা তাক করে তাদের ভিডিও করা শুরু করলাম। একসময় বুঝতে পারলাম তারা সরিষা ক্ষেতে মৌ-বক্স বসিয়ে মধু সংগ্রহ করার কাজে ব্যস্ত রয়েছেন। এখন বিকেলবেলা। তাই মৌচাক গুলোকে তারা ঢেকে দিয়ে নিজের থাকার স্থানে চলে যাবেন ।আমি ছবি ও ভিডিও ধারণ করতে করতে তাদের সাথে কিছু কথা বললাম। এতক্ষণ বুঝাতে চেষ্টা করলাম। তারা মৌচাক করে বলে তাঁদের উপাধি বা নাম দেওয়া হয়েছে, মৌয়াল
ছবি ও ভিডিও দেখলে এসব আপনাদের কাছে পরিষ্কার হয়ে যাবে।
