Today I came up with the concept of making a scary joker art with painted horns. I've done an awful lot of art for a long time. Today I suddenly thought of drawing something that would be scary and funny, then I thought of drawing the Joker. So to make the Joker look scary, I added the two erect horns and two erect ears of the Joker to make the Joker look scary. I've basically tried to capture the horror and fun in today's art. Launch Adobe Illustrator software, and open a new page. First I draw a few lines on the scary Joker's face.

The second step is to draw a number of teeth and the lines of the gums and jaws inside the scary clown's mouth.

In step 10, when the face of the scary clown with horns is finished, I design a background with light green in dark green with a lot of messy hair and then draw a dark shadow under the face of the scary joker with horns. Then add my signature.
