Eating saline to protect against heat

I hope you all are well and I am also well. Today I am back with another new post. For the past few days I have noticed that the amount of heat has increased slightly in our area. And what will happen if the amount of heat increases, winter is approaching after a few days. And this winter time is beautiful. So I sometimes think of taking the students in our school and tidying up the flower garden. Yesterday I was working with the students to fix the flower garden but I was so tired because of the heat that I can't explain to you. After working for a while we panted a lot just because of this heat. Then we all hurried into the class room and came closer to the fan. Later we saw that if we tried like this, it might be too late to fill the water void in our body, so we thought that we must use saline to use this moment well. I sent a student to the store to buy some food saline. Shortly after purchasing the food saline, we started mixing it in a jug.

আশা করি আপনারা সবাই ভাল আছেন আমিও ভাল আছি আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে পুনরায় আরও একটা নতুন পোস্ট নিয়ে হাজির হয়ে গেলাম। গত কয়েকদিন যাবৎ লক্ষ্য করছিলাম আমাদের এলাকাতে কিছুটা গরমের পরিমাণ বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। আর এই গরমের পরিমাণ বৃদ্ধি পেলে কি হবে কিছুদিন পরে তো শীতকাল চলে আসছে। আর এই শীতকালীন সময়টাতে সুন্দর সুন্দর। জন্য আমি মাঝে মাঝেই আমাদের স্কুলে ছাত্রছাত্রীদেরকে সাথে নিয়ে ফুলের বাগানটা সুন্দরভাবে সাজিয়ে গুছিয়ে রাখার চিন্তা করি। গতকালকে আমি ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের কে নিয়ে ফুলের বাগানটা ঠিক করার কাজ করছিলাম কিন্তু গরমের কারণে এতটাই অতিষ্ঠ হয়ে পড়েছিলাম তা আপনাদেরকে বলে বোঝাতে পারবো না। বেশ কিছুক্ষণ কাজ করার পরে আমরা অনেক হাপিয়ে গেলাম শুধুমাত্র এই গরমের কারণে। তারপরে আমরা সকলেই তাড়াতাড়ি করে ক্লাস রুমের মধ্যে প্রবেশ করলাম এবং ফ্যানের কাছাকাছি চলে আসলাম। পরে দেখলাম এভাবে যদি আমরা চেষ্টা করি তাহলে হয়তো বা অনেক দেরি হবে আমাদের শরীরের পানি শূন্যতা পূরণ হতে এজন্য আমরা চিন্তা করলাম যে এই মুহূর্তটাকে ভালোভাবে ব্যবহার করার জন্য আমাদের অবশ্যই স্যালাইন ব্যবহার করা উচিত। আমি একজন ছাত্রকে দোকানে পাঠিয়ে দিলাম কিছু পরিমাণে খাবার স্যালাইন কিনে আনার জন্য। খাবার স্যালাইন কিনে আনার কিছুক্ষণ পরেই আমরা সেগুলো একটা জগের মধ্যে মেশাতে শুরু করে দিলাম।

At present, various companies have produced food saline in our country but it is very difficult for us to understand which food saline is the most beneficial for our body. One thing I have noticed very well is that different companies are using different types of medicine in their food saline. They always think that if the quantity of saline dressings increases then people will buy them in large quantities and whenever people buy their food saline in large quantities then their business will start making huge profits. Especially if you look at the stores, you can see different types of different colors and different companies of food saline in each store. When I asked a student to buy food saline from the store, he saw that he had brought food saline and brought it to Gin, and I thought at first that it might be a juicing ingredient. Actually we usually know this kind of thing as tank but later the student came and told me no sir it is a juice making thing it is actually a food saline. Hearing this, I was really surprised at first, I have never seen such a food salary before and how many food saline packets are not made like this. Then I took it to myself and found that yes it is indeed a food saline and it says on the label that it is a tasty food saline made with oranges.

শরীরের পানি শূন্যতা দূর করার দরকার জন্য এই ধরনের খাবার স্যালাইন খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। বর্তমান সময়ে আমাদের দেশে বিভিন্ন কোম্পানি খাবার স্যালাইন তৈরি করেছে কিন্তু কোন খাবার স্যালাইনটা যে আমাদের শরীরের জন্য সবথেকে উপকারী সেটা আমাদের বুঝে ওঠাটা খুবই মুশকিল। একটা জিনিস খুব ভালোভাবে লক্ষ্য করে দেখেছি যে বিভিন্ন কোম্পানিতেদের খাবার স্যালাইন এর মধ্যে বিভিন্ন ধরনের মেডিসিন ব্যবহার করছে জানো তাদের খাবার স্যালাইনের সাধের পরিমাণটা অনেক বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে যায়। তারা সব সময় চিন্তা করে যে যদি স্যালাইনের সাজের পরিমাণ বৃদ্ধি পায় তাহলে সেগুলো মানুষ প্রচুর পরিমাণে কিনবে এবং যখনই মানুষ প্রচুর পরিমাণে তাদের খাবার স্যালাইন কিনবে তখনই তাদের ব্যবসায় অনেক লাভ আসতে শুরু করবে। বিশেষ করে দোকানগুলোর দিকে লক্ষ্য করলে দেখতে পাওয়া যায় প্রত্যেক দোকানেই ভিন্ন ভিন্ন প্রজাতির ভিন্ন ভিন্ন রঙের এবং ভিন্ন ভিন্ন কোম্পানির খাবার স্যালাইন দেখতে পাওয়া যায়। আমি একটা ছাত্রকে যখন দোকান থেকে খাবার স্যালাইন কিনে আনতে বললাম সে দেখলাম এটা খাবার স্যালাইন গিয়ে গিনে এনেছে আর সেটা দেখে আমি প্রথমে ভেবেছিলাম যে এটা হয়তো জুস তৈরি করার উপকরণ। আসলে এই ধরনের জিনিসকে আমরা সাধারণত ট্যাঙ্ক বলে চিনে থাকি কিন্তু পরবর্তী সময়ে এসে ছাত্রটা আমাকে বলল না স্যার এটা জুস তৈরি করার কোন জিনিসটা এটা আসলে একটা খাবার স্যালাইন। তার এই কথা শুনে তো প্রথমে আমি রীতিমতো অবাক হয়ে গিয়েছিলাম কি ব্যাপার এমন খাবার স্যালারিতে এর আগে কোনদিন দেখিনি আর খাবার স্যালাইনের প্যাকেট কত এভাবে তৈরি করা হয় না। তারপরে সেটাকে আমি নিজের কাছে নিলাম এবং দেখতে পেলাম যে হ্যাঁ এটা সত্যিই একটা খাবার স্যালাইন এবং এর গায়ে লেখা রয়েছে যে এটা কমলা লেবুর সাথে তৈরি করা টেস্টি খাবার স্যালাইন।

It has become very difficult for all of us to understand how much salt is good or bad for our body. I have noticed that license is being given to any company in our country at present without checking the quality of their food. In fact, whenever a company gives some money as a gift to the concerned institution, they approve it without any kind of examination after receiving the gift. He never thought that such an opening could harm the people of his own country or even harm his own family. Always thinking that I have received some money as a gift, then I have a problem with my words to do this work. Due to this kind of thinking, the people of our country are not able to live very well in this present time. If you look closely, it can be seen that a lot of corruption has entered every place nowadays and because of this corruption, so much anarchy can be observed in the country. If we look at every sector of our country we will find a lot of corruption in every sector. That's why corruption has started in our country, due to which the name of this country has become one of the most corrupt countries in the world. And I have noticed one thing very well in the present day the Anti Corruption Commission is doing the most corruption. So think for a while if Anti Corruption Commission is the place of biggest corruption then from where people can expect proper justice.

ধরনের খাবার স্যালাইন গ্রহণ করাটা যে কতটা আমাদের শরীরের জন্য ভালো কিংবা মন্দ সেটা বুঝে ওঠাটা এখন আমাদের সকলের জন্য অনেক কষ্ট হয়ে গিয়েছে। আমি লক্ষ্য করে দেখেছি বর্তমান সময়ে আমাদের দেশের যে কোন কোম্পানিকেই লাইসেন্স দেয়া হয়ে যাচ্ছে তাদের খাবারের মান কতটা ভালো সেটাকে কোন ধরনের নজর না রেখেই। আসলে যখনই কোন কোম্পানি সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানকে কিছু টাকা উপহার দিয়ে দিচ্ছে তখনই তারা সেই টাকা উপহার পাবার পরে কোন ধরনের পরীক্ষা নিরীক্ষা না করেই অনুমোদন দিয়ে দিচ্ছে। এ ধরনের উদ্বোধন পরবর্তী সময় হয়েছে তার নিজের দেশের মানুষের ক্ষতি করতে পারে এমনকি তার নিজের পরিবারের ক্ষতি করতে পারে সেটা সে কোনভাবেই ভাবেনা। সব সময় ভাবতে থাকে আমিতো কিছু টাকা উপহার পেয়েছি তাহলে এই কাজটা করে দিতে আমার কথায় সমস্যা। এ ধরনের চিন্তাধারার কারণে এই বর্তমান সময়ে আমাদের দেশের মানুষেরা খুব একটা ভালোভাবে জীবন যাপন করতে পারছে না। একটু ভালোভাবে লক্ষ্য করলে দেখা যায় বর্তমান সময়ে প্রত্যেকটা জায়গাতে প্রচুর পরিমাণে দুর্নীতি ঢুকে গিয়েছে আর এই দুর্নীতি ঢুকে যাবার কারণেই দেশের মধ্যে এত বেশি পরিমাণে অরাজকতার লক্ষ্য করা যায়। আমরা আমাদের দেশের প্রত্যেকটা সেক্টরের দিকে যদি লক্ষ করি প্রত্যেকটা সেক্টরেই প্রচুর পরিমাণে দুর্নীতি দেখতে পাবো। এজন্য আমাদের দেশে বর্তমানে এত বেশি পরিমাণে দুর্নীতি শুরু হয়েছে যার কারণে সারা বিশ্বের দুর্নীতি গ্রস্থ দেশগুলোর মধ্যে এই দেশটার নাম অন্যতম একটা পর্যায়ে চলে এসেছে। আর আমি একটা জিনিস খুব ভালোভাবে লক্ষ্য করে দেখেছি বর্তমান সময়ে দুর্নীতির মধ্যে সব থেকে বেশি দুর্নীতি করে থাকে দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন। তাহলে একবার ভেবে দেখুন দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশনে যদি সব থেকে বড় দুর্নীতির জায়গা হয় তাহলে মানুষ কোন জায়গা থেকে সঠিক বিচার আশা করতে পারে।

কি আর করব বলেন ভালো বিঘ্ন মন্দ এই ধরনের আশা ছেড়ে দিয়ে আমরা নিজেরাও সেটা গ্রহণ করতে শুরু করে দিলাম কারণ আমাদের সামনে কোন উপায় খোলা নেই। যেহেতু দেশের সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে বা সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে এই জিনিসের অনুমোদন দিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে তাই আমরা ও সেটা গ্রহণ করতে শুরু করে দিলাম শরীরের পানি শূন্যতা দূর করার জন্য। কিন্তু আমি পরবর্তী সময়ে ছাত্রছাত্রীদেরকে শেখানোর কিভাবে খাবার চালায় তৈরি করতে হয়। আমি যে পদ্ধতি দেখাবার ছেলে তৈরি করার বিষয়টা ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করেছি সেখানে বিন্দুমাত্র ভেজালের কোন জায়গা নেই আমরা চাইলে আমাদের বাড়িতেই মাত্র কয়েক টাকা খরচ করে এমন সুন্দর এবং নির্ভেজাল স্যালাইন তৈরি করতে পারব। আমার কাছে মনে হয় বর্তমান সময়ে বাজার থেকে বিভিন্ন ধরনের স্যালাইন কিনে খাবার থেকে এই ধরনের বাড়িতে তৈরি করে স্যালাইন খাওয়াটাই ভালো। যেমন অর্থ সাশ্রয় হয় ঠিক তেমনি ভাবে আমরা চাইলেই সঠিক এবং ভালো মানের স্যালাইন খেতে পারি। অন্যান্য স্যালাইনে যেখানে বিভিন্ন ধরনের কেমিক্যাল ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে ঠিক সেই জায়গাটিতে এই ধরনের বাড়িতে তৈরি করা স্যালাইন যদি আমরা ব্যবহার করি সেখানে সকল প্রকার কে বিকেলের সমস্যা থেকে আমরা মুক্তি পেতে পারবো।তখন আমরা সেটা নিজের হাতে বাড়িতে তৈরি করব তখন তো সেখানে কোন ধরনের খারাপ বা আজেবাজে জিনিস আমরা ব্যবহার করব না যেগুলো আমাদের শরীরের জন্য ক্ষতি হয়। এই স্যালাইনটা খাবার পরে আমার কাছে এমন বিষয়ে মাথায় আসলো তাই আমি ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদেরকে শেখালাম যেন তারা পরবর্তী সময়ে বাজার থেকে স্যালাইন কিনে না খেয়ে নিজেরাই তৈরি করে খেতে শুরু করে আসলে এটা আমাদের সকলের জন্য খুবই একটা ভালো বিষয়। আমি লক্ষ্য করে দেখেছি অতীতে যখন বিভিন্ন কোম্পানি স্যালাইন বের করছিল না ঠিক সেই সময়ে এই ধরনের পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করা হতো আর এ ধরনের পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করার কারণে তারা খুব সহজেই শরীরের পানি শূন্যতা দূর করতে পারতো।

What else should we do, good, bad, bad, giving up this kind of hope, we ourselves started to accept it because there is no other way open to us. Since this product has been approved by the country's government or related institutions, we also started taking it to remove body water deficiency. But next time I will teach the students how to cook the food. There is no room for adulteration in the method that I have presented to the students for making the boy. I think nowadays it is better to buy different types of saline from the market and use this type of home made saline from food. Just as money is saved, we can consume proper and good quality saline whenever we want. If we use this type of homemade saline where different types of chemicals can be used in other salines, we can get rid of all kinds of k-pickle problems. We will not use nonsense that is harmful to our body. This saline came to my mind after the meal so I taught the students that next time instead of buying saline from the market they start making their own and actually it is a very good thing for all of us. I have noticed that in the past when different companies were not extracting saline this type of method was used and because of using this type of method they were able to remove the body water very easily.

Next time we will share with you the moments when we plant beautiful flowers in our school garden and next time we will share with you when many beautiful flowers are blooming from the trees so that you can enjoy the beauty of those flowers. Now we have started cleaning the place along with the students to make that beautiful garden. Today I shared a post with you only on the topic of saline, today I did not share it on the topic of cleaning the garden. Like today until now through a new post that appeared among you later.

পরবর্তী সময় যখন আমরা আমাদের স্কুলের বাগানের সুন্দর সুন্দর ফুল গাছ লাগাব সেই মুহূর্তগুলো আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করব এবং পরবর্তীতে যখন গাছ থেকে অনেক সুন্দর সুন্দর ফুল ফুটে থাকবে সেগুলো আমি আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করব যেন আপনারা সেই ফুলের সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করতে পারেন। এখন আমরা সেই সুন্দর বাগান তৈরি করার জন্য ছাত্রছাত্রী দেখে সাথে নিয়ে জায়গাটা পরিষ্কার করতে শুরু করেছে। আজকে শুধুমাত্র স্যালাইনের বিষয়টা নিয়েই আপনাদের মাঝে পোস্ট শেয়ার করলাম বাগান পরিষ্কার এর বিষয়টা নিয়ে আজকে এবং শেয়ার করলাম না। আজকের মত এ পর্যন্তই পরবর্তী সময়ে আপনাদের মাঝে হাজির হওয়া নতুন কোন একটা পোস্টের মধ্য দিয়ে।
