I watched today with dismay our Bamenda streets. And I couldn't believe it's the Bamenda that used to as busy as a bee hive. Nobody could be found outside, as I sneaked myself out to take this picture!

The two weeks ghost towns/lockdown imposed by the separatist fighters in the two English speaking section of the Country Cameroon, that has put the denizens at a fixed. Activities have been halted, schools are not functioning until the end of the ghost towns are over. Nobody dares violates the orders for the fear of the unknown.
Recently a bomb exploded at a Market in the the City killing one person and injuring Six including an eleven month old baby. It is believed that the bomb was planted to target business people who might violate the order to sell during the stipulated timeframe of the downlock.
People in the City now live in fear every day, and staying indoors is the best option to avert the unknown.
