I would like to share with my Blurt Space Community friends, the jubilation of the school children and the school administrators as the lockdown ends today giving hope to the school resumption.
After a two week prolongation of the summer holidays imposed by the separatist fighters that kept the people of the English speaking regions of Cameroon in a tight lockdown, today marks the end of the lockdown giving hopes to the children to go back to school. And schools are putting everything intact for the resumption that ought to have started on the 09th/09/2024. Children will therefore resume classes on Tuesday, 24th, September 2024, considering that Monday a normal working day is a ghost towns observed in the English speaking part of Cameroon imposed by the separatist fighters.
I hereby implore on my Blurt space Community friends to join me pray for the children to go back to school without any hitches, considering that Education is their fundamental human. rights!
