A few days ago, our Union Parishad had a workshop training. Answer: The subject of the training we were trained in was the Workshop on Social Harmony and Citizenship.Many persons were present here. I am a youth leader of The Hunger Project. And that's why I was able to attend this workshop training. Besides, there were people here much older than me. I was the youngest among all. Different people came here from different places. A total of 25 people participated here. But in the previous episode, I told you that our training was done in five stages.Because this training was for six hours. It included breakfast, lunch, knowledge gained and more. I already told you about this in the previous episode so I don't want to talk about it anymore.Now I come to the main point. Today I have appeared among you with the episode. This is the last episode. Here we resumed training after breakfast. In fact, these trainings are very well done. No one feels tired by this. But shortly after the training started, we were all ordered to come out. Our trainer played a game with us. If you notice in the picture above we are all standing outside. Next we were told that men are on the right and women are on the left. Then we were told that the tall people among them were on one side and the short people on the other side. Then it was said that those with glasses are on one side and those without glasses are on the other side. Actually the game is very fun game.Thus those who wore glasses stood on one side and those who did not wore glasses stood on the other side. Entering the hall, everyone sat in their respective places. After that, in a very short time, we were training again for a while. Then there is a break for noon prayer plus food from 1:15 to 2:15. But lunch was arranged here for all of us.Lunch consisted of a plate of rice with goat's meat an egg and daul. After that we all had lunch.
এইতো গত কয়েকদিন আগে আমাদের ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ একটি কর্মশালা ট্রেনিং হয়েছিল। উত্তর ট্রেনিংয়ের যে বিষয়ে আমাদের প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে হয়েছিল সেটা হচ্ছে সামাজিক সম্প্রীতি ও নাগরিকত্ব বিষয়ক কর্মশালা। এখানে অনেক ব্যক্তিবর্গ উপস্থিত ছিলেন। দি হাঙ্গার প্রজেক্টের আমি একজন ইয়ুথ লিডার। আর এজন্যই আমি এই কর্মশালা ট্রেনিং এ উপস্থিত হতে পেরেছিলাম। তাছাড়া এখানে আমার চেয়ে অনেক বড় মানুষ ছিলেন। আমি সকলের মধ্যে ছিলাম জুনিয়র। এখানে বিভিন্ন জায়গা থেকে বিভিন্ন মানুষ এসেছিলেন। এখানে পার্টিসিপেট করেছিলেন মোট ২৫ জন। তবে এর আগের পর্বে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে বলেছি আমাদের এই ট্রেনিংটা হয়েছিল পাঁচটি ধাপে। কারণ এ ট্রেনিং টা ছিল ছয় ঘন্টার। এর মধ্যে সকালের নাস্তা দুপুরের খাওয়া অর্জিত জ্ঞান সহ আরো অনেক কিছু ছিল। ইতিমধ্যে আমি এর আগের পর্বে আপনাদের এ বিষয় বলেছি তাই এ বিষয়ে আমি আর কথা বলতে চাচ্ছি না। এখন আমি মূল বিষয়ে আসি। আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে যে পর্বটি নিয়ে হাজির হয়েছি। এটা হচ্ছে শেষ পর্ব। এখানে আমাদের সকালের নাস্তা খাওয়ার পরেই আবার পুনরায় প্রশিক্ষণ শুরু হয়েছিল। আসলে এ ট্রেনিং গুলো খুবই সুন্দর ভাবে করানো হয়। এতে করে কেউ ক্লান্তি বোধ করে না। তবে ট্রেনিং টি কিছুক্ষণ শুরু হওয়ার পরেই আমাদের সকলকে বাইরে আসার জন্য নির্দেশ দেয়া হয়েছিল। আমাদের যে ট্রেনার ছিলেন তিনি আমাদের নিয়ে একটা গেম খেলেছিলেন। উপরের ছবিটিতে আপনার লক্ষ্য করলে দেখতে পাবেন আমরা সবাই বাহিরে দাঁড়িয়ে রয়েছে। যখন এই গেমটি খেলার জন্য আমরা বাহিরে আছি তখন আমি উপরের ছবিটি আমার ফোনে ধারণ করি। তবে এখানে খুবই মজার একটি গেম ছিল। সেটা হচ্ছে প্রথমে আমরা যে যার মত দু'পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে নিলাম। এরপরে আমাদের বলা হয়েছিল পুরুষ মানুষ ডান দিকে মহিলা মানুষ বাম দিকে। এভাবে আমরা পুরুষ মানুষ একদিকে থাকলাম এবং মহিলা বাড়ানোর অপরদিকে গেল। তারপরে আমাদের বলা হয়েছিল এদের মধ্যে যারা উঁচু মানুষ মানে লম্বা মানুষ তারা এক পাশে যারা ছোট মানুষ তারা অপর পাশে। এরপরে লম্বা মানুষগুলো সব এক সাইডে থাকলো এবং ছোট মানুষগুলো সব অন্য পাশে থাকলো। আমি তাদের মধ্যে ছিলাম সবচেয়ে লম্বা মানুষ তাই আমি নাম্বার দিকে গেলাম। তারপরে বলা হয়েছিল যাদের চোখে চশমা রয়েছে তারা এক পাশে যাদের চোখে চশমা নাই তারা অপর পাশে। আসলে গেমটা কিন্তু খুবই মজার গেম।
এভাবে চশমা যারা পড়েছিল তারা এক পাশে দাঁড়ালো এবং যারা চশমা পড়েছিল না তারা অপর পাশে দাঁড়ালো। আসলে এখানে অনেক জ্ঞানী গুণী মানুষ এসেছিলেন তাই গেমটা আপনারা দেখেই কিন্তু বুঝতে পারছেন কতটা সুন্দর একটি গেম।
যাই হোক তারপরে বলা হলো যারা বিবাহিত তারা একপাশে যারা অবিবাহিত তারা অপর পাশে। এভাবে বারবার আমাদের বলা হয়েছিল। এতে করে আমরা সবাই একবার এক পাশে একবার অন্য পাশে মানে যার সাথে যেটা কথায় মিল খাচ্ছে সে সাইড পরিবর্তন করছে। এতে করে কিন্তু একটা অলসতা দূর হচ্ছে সেই সাথে অনেকক্ষণ বসে থাকলে যে ক্লান্তি হয় সেটা দূর হচ্ছে। সত্যি গেমটা খেলে খুবই আনন্দ পেয়েছিলাম আমি। তাছাড়া ট্রেনিং এ উপস্থিত না হতে পারলে এমন সুন্দর গেম কখনোই খেলার সুযোগ হয় না।
তারপরে সর্বশেষে বলা হয়েছিল যারা লাল পোশাক বা লাল রঙের কিছু পরিধান করে আছেন তারা এক পাশে যারা লাল রং বাদে অন্য রং এর পোশাক পরিধান করেছেন তারা অপর পাশে। এভাবে আমরা বারবার সেখানে একবারে পাশে একবারও পাশে মানে যার সাথে যেটা রিলেটেড হচ্ছে সেই স্থান পরিবর্তন করছে। সত্যি খেলাটি খেলে আমি এতটাই আনন্দ পেয়েছিলাম তা বলে বোঝাতে পারবো না। এভাবে বাইরে আমরা খেলা শেষ করে আবার হলরুমে প্রবেশ করলাম। হলরুমে প্রবেশ করে সবাই নিজ নিজ স্থানে বসে পড়লাম। এরপরে খুবই শর্ট টাইমে কিছুক্ষণ আমাদের আবারো ট্রেনিং চলছিল। তারপর দুপুরে নামাজ প্লাস খাবার এর জন্য বিরতি দেয়া হয় ১:১৫ থেকে ২:১৫ পর্যন্ত। তবে এখানে আমাদের সকলের জন্য দুপুরের খাবারের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছিল। দুপুরের খাবারের মধ্যে ছিল এক প্লেট ভাত ছাগলের মাংস একটি ডিম এবং ডাউল। এরপরে আমরা সকলে দুপুরের খাবার খেয়ে নিলাম।
After finishing the lunch, when we all again entered the hall at 2:15 p.m., the first cultural program started. In fact, you understand how much fun the training is.Moreover, it was a matter of our learning as well as a matter of pleasure. But in the next segment, our beloved Asaduzzaman Asad Bhai sang in a cultural program. He is an assistant at the Hunger Project. Asad bhai you sing amazing songs. I have listened to his songs many times in various trainings. So I captured the above picture on my phone while he sang. If you look at the picture, you will see that he is completely lost in the music. I really like his songs. Thus the next segment started through the song.
দুপুরের খাবার শেষ করেই যখন আমরা আবার সবাই ২: ১৫ই হলরুমে প্রবেশ করলাম ঠিকই মুহূর্তে প্রথমে সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান দিয়ে শুরু হল। আসলে বুঝতে পারছেন ট্রেনিং টা কতটা আনন্দের। তাছাড়া এটা যেমন আমাদের শিক্ষণীয় বিষয় ছিল ঠিক তেমনি আনন্দেরও একটা বিষয় ছিল। তবে পরের সেগমেন্টে সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানে গান গেয়েছিলেন আমাদের সুপ্রিয় আসাদুজ্জামান আসাদ ভাই। তিনি হাঙ্গার প্রজেক্টের একজন সহকারী। আসাদ ভাই তুমি অসাধারণ গান পরিবেশনা করেন। আমি অনেকবার তার গান শুনেছি বিভিন্ন ট্রেনিং। তাই তিনি যখন গান গেয়েছিলেন তখন আমি উপরের ছবিটি আমার ফোনে ধারণ করি। আপনারা ছবিটির দিকে লক্ষ্য করলে দেখতে পাবেন তিনি একদম গানের মধ্যে হারিয়ে যাচ্ছেন। সত্যিই তার গানগুলো আমার কাছে খুবই ভালো লাগে। এভাবে গানের মধ্য দিয়ে পরবর্তীতে সেগমেন্ট শুরু হলো।
In fact, what we got from the training was that we completed the training very well through the various rules and regulations of the society.Indeed it plays a very important role in our personal life. Besides, we had different people there. আসলে ট্রেনিং থেকে আমরা যে বিষয়ে ধারণা পেয়েছিলাম সেটা হচ্ছে নাগরিকত্ব বিষয়ে সাথে সমাজের বিভিন্ন নিয়ম নীতির মধ্য দিয়ে আমরা দারুণভাবে একটা ট্রেনিং শেষ করেছিলাম। সত্যিই এটা আমাদের ব্যক্তিজীবনে খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। তাছাড়া ওখানে আমাদের বিভিন্ন ব্যক্তিবর্গ ছিলেন। এরই পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে মিটিং এর জন্য সবাই মতামত প্রকাশ করেন। এই মতামতের উপর ভিত্তি করে দাঁড়ায় প্রতি বছরে দুই থেকে তিনবার এভাবে ট্রেনিং হবে আমাদের ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের। এটা কিন্তু দারুণ একটা বিষয়। কেননা এতে করে বিভিন্ন জায়গা থেকে মানুষজন আসবেন এবং দেশটাকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য একটা নতুন প্ল্যান দিবেন। সব মিলিয়ে কিন্তু এই ট্রেনিংকে আমি নিতে পেরে খুবই ভালো লেগেছে আমার। আমি মনে করি এটা আমার অনেক পাওয়া।

ট্রেনিংতে একদম শেষ মুহূর্তে আমি উপরের ছবিটি আমার ফোনে ধারণ করি। আপনারা উপরের ছবিটির দিকে লক্ষ্য করলে দেখতে পাবেন এখানে সকলেই সাইন করছেন। মানে আমাদের এই ট্রেনিংকে একদম শেষ হওয়ার পরে ওয়ালে একটি পোস্টার লাগিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছিল। আর আমাদের সকলের হাতে মার্কার দিয়ে সেখানে সাইন করতে বলা হয়েছিল। এরপরে একে একে আমরা সকলেই সেখানে সাইন করি। উপরে যখন আমাদের সদস্যরা সাইন করেছিল তখন আমি উপরের ছবিটি আমার ফোনে ধারণ করি।
Thus our training ended with a very beautiful moment. Before the end of the training, my elder brother and I took several selfies together.It was really nice that we got a place as juniors among so many seniors. It was our lot. The picture was taken at the very last half of the training. If you notice here, you will see two files in my hand and my elder brother sitting next to me knowingly. In fact, what we were able to gain from this training is our knowledge This file contained a book with many notes. However, we ended the training with a very beautiful moment.
এভাবে খুবই সুন্দর একটা মুহূর্তের মধ্য দিয়ে আমাদের এই ট্রেনিং সমাপ্ত হয়েছিল। ট্রেনিং সমাপ্ত হওয়ার কিছু ক্ষণ আগেই আমি আর আমার এই বড় ভাই দুজন মিলে বেশ কয়েকটা সেলফি ছবি নি। সত্যি খুবই ভালো লেগেছিল যে আমরা এত সিনিয়রদের মধ্যে জুনিয়র হয়েও জায়গা পেয়েছে। এটা আমাদের ছিল অনেক পাওয়া। ট্রেনিং এর একদম প্রায় শেষ অর্ধের দিকে ছবিটি তোলা হয়েছে। এখানে আপনারা লক্ষ্য করলে দেখতে পাবেন আমার হাতে এবং আমার পাশে জেনে বসে আছেন আমার বড় ভাই দুইজনের হাতে দুইটা ফাইল। আসলে আমরা এই ট্রেনিং থেকে কি বিষয়ে সক্ষম জ্ঞান অর্জন করতে পেরেছিলাম সে বিষয়ে আমাদের এই ফাইলে অনেকগুলো নোট করে লেখা একটা বই দেয়া হয়েছিল। তবে এভাবে খুবই সুন্দর একটা মুহূর্তের মধ্য দিয়ে আমরা ট্রেনিং শেষ করলাম।
