- A beautiful day
- January,01-01-2025,
First of all take my greetings, Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. I am also very well. Happy new year and greetings to everyone. I wish you a good new year by the grace of Allah. I have brought another new post for you all.
hope you all like it. Winter means welcoming the new year at the end of the year. And winter. In the morning, the smoke of eating Pithapuli fades away. Schools and colleges are closed during this time. Then everyone goes around to different places.
also visited my grandmother's house. New Year, I woke up this winter morning and saw that grandma is preparing pithapuli at home. Steamed pitha is being prepared. A cold wind is blowing in the foggy winter morning. Grandma is pounding rice.
The tradition of rural Bengal has been pounding rice for years. First, the rice is soaked in water. After washing well, draining the water, the rice is ground into powder. Then the powders are sieved well. Then the powders are kneaded with a little water, then they have to be scooped by hand through a basket.
Then the dates are cut into small pieces.Fill a pot with water and place the pot on the stove with a lid with another hole. Then another cover is covered with rice flour with a small amount of rice flour and some sliced dates on it.
After that, with the help of a thin cloth, the mixed powder and dates should be placed on the pan placed in the oven and covered. For some time, it should be boiled with fuel in the oven, when it is boiled, take it down and the steamed pita is ready.
