Assalamualaikum, how are you all, I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am very well. I came today with a new cooking post. Today's cooking post is small fried fish with tomatoes. First, I cut the fish and washed it well and smeared it with salt and turmeric. Now cut two tomatoes. After that, I fried the fish well on both sides in mustard oil.

And on the other side, I added some onion, dry chili, coriander, turmeric, cumin and spiced it. This time, the same fish was fried in oil, mashed well with the spices and added to the chopped tomatoes, along with salt to taste. When the tomatoes are grated, add the fried fish and grate it again for some time. When it was grated, I added enough water.

At the end of cooking, I added cumin powder and two lemon leaves to make it fragrant. Then served with hot rice. It was fun to eat. Today's post ends here. Everyone will be fine and healthy. I will come soon with another new post, inshallah.
