Assalamualaikum, how are you all, I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. Come today with a new post, today's post is the photography of brinjal plant. There are many trees in the roof garden of our house. I went to the roof for a walk and saw some brinjal plants blooming and some small brinjals also holding. I took some photography to share with you. Hope you all like it. Eggplant is a type of fruit that is used as a vegetable. Many believe this plant species originated in India, where it grew widely. According to many, it can grow in Africa as well. The leaves are thick and about 10 to 20 cm long and 5 to 10 cm wide. Wild brinjal plants can grow larger. Eggplant flowers are white to pink in color. There are five petals. Eggplant fruits are purple or white in color. The fruit is elongated, cylindrical, oval. Inside the fruit are many soft seeds.Eggplant fruit is used in various cuisines of Bangladesh.

Eggplant curry is choleretic, reduces fever, increases appetite and is easy to digest. It is used to make eggplant bharta, eggplant chara, and beguni.Beguni is a popular dish for Iftar especially in Bangladesh. Eggplant filling is very popular. Eggplant is cooked in a variety of fun ways. Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables. It has to be carefully harvested when picked from the fields of many delicious edible eggplants in rural Bengal. Care should be taken not to injure or injure the plant. Eggplant taken from the tree should be kept on raw leaves or straw so as not to hurt the eggplant. It is very necessary. Sometimes the soil at the base of the tree should be loosened for the rapid growth of the tree. If weeds appear on the ground, it should be cleaned sometimes. The remaining part of the tree should be cut. Then, if fertilizer and irrigation are given, the branches will quickly come out from the place where the stem is cut and start bearing fruit.

Eggplant collection After harvesting, eggplant can be stored in a cool and open place for a few days. It can therefore be sent to the market in baskets or sacks immediately after collection. However, it is not right to keep it in the bag for a long time. To get a good quality yield, as much organic fertilizer as possible should be applied to the eggplant cultivation land. Fertilizer should be applied according to soil type after soil testing. However, using organic fertilizers will improve both soil quality and environment. If there are cattle in the house, dung can be collected from them. If one does not have one's own cattle, dung can be collected from neighbors who keep cattle. Apart from this, if you want to get good yield, you can use compost from garbage on the land. It is possible to create compost by digging holes around the house and piling garbage, fallen leaves etc. Locally produced organic pesticides can be used. Today's post ends here. Allah is Hafez.
