Assalamualaikum, how are you, hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am very well by Allah's mercy. Today I came with another new post. Today I came with a cooking recipe from the previous day. The dish is small rice with gourd vegetables. After threshing, the rice with the husk is drained and the husk is extracted from it. I have taken as much as I need.
as much as you need. First I took a cup of khud along with some maskalai dal. I cut some gourd greens into small pieces and then washed the greens well. After that I washed rice and maskalai dal well. After that I chopped some raw chillies, two onions and garlic. Now I added one leg of washed rice and maskalai dal.Then I added washed raw chillies, chopped onions and chopped garlic along with coriander powder, salt and mustard oil.
This time all these should be mixed well by hand. Then the amount of water should be given. After that, when the water comes to boil, it should be mixed with chopped gourd greens.
