Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all, I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. I am here today with another new post. I hope you all like it. Today's recipe is a recipe for cooking sajanedanta. Sajanedanta is from our tree. We have many sajanedanta trees in our house. There are many sajanedanta trees on the road in front of our house. Sajanedanta is one of my favorite vegetables.
My mother is cooking sajanedanta today. First, my grandfather brought the sajanedanta from the tree. Then my mother peeled the sajanedanta stems well.Now I cut two potatoes. This time I made a paste of onion, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds. And I made mustard paste with it. Now I put a pan on the stove, added oil to it, added some cumin seeds, added turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. When it was cooked, I added a little water.
Now I cooked it for a while and added the chopped and washed sajna stalks and potatoes. Now I cooked it well again.
