Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well. I am also fine by the grace of God. I am sorry for not being able to share a new post with you for a few days. I hope to bring some new posts regularly. So today I came with a new cooking post. Today's topic is the popular fish Hilsa. Hilsa is the national fish of Bangladesh.

is a marine fish. Hilsa is very popular among Bengalis. These are also popular in some other countries including India. Hilsa fish is a tradition of Bengali people. Hilsa contains a lot of calories. In 2017, Hilsa fish of Bangladesh was recognized as a geographical indication product. Hilsa is very important semi-ethically.

large amount of hilsa is caught from the estuary of Bay of Bengal, Padma, Meghna, Yamuna rivers. This fish lays eggs in big rivers. I was cooking hilsa fish a few days ago. I had taken some pictures to share with you. Now let's start cooking. First, I took the hilsa fish out of the fridge and left it for some time to sprinkle ice.

that, I cut the hilsa fish and washed it well. After that two onions, green chillies, cumin seeds have been prepared in bete masala. And also chopped some more onions. Then heat the oil in a pan and mix the chopped onions with the spices and grind the spices well.

the oil appears on the top, add the washed hilsa fish. After that, boil it with enough water and cook the hilsa fish broth. I kept it here today. Everyone will be fine and healthy. Allah Hafez.Inshallah hopefully I will come soon with a new post.
