Assalamualaikum, how are you all, I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am very well. I came today with a new recipe. Hope you all will like it. The recipe that I will share today is buffalo meat. I made this buffalo meat recipe a long time ago. I could not share with you due to lack of time. Today I saw this buffalo meat recipe lying on the side of my mobile. So I thought today let's share this buffalo meat recipe with you. Buffalo meat becomes a bit difficult to get in all districts.

But there is a lot of demand for buffalo meat in our district Kushtia. Which is very tasty and tempting to eat.I like buffalo meat a lot. It is very fun to eat chamar. Benefits of buffalo meat: Buffalo meat is rich in iron compared to beef which is helpful in blood formation in the human body and prevents low blood pressure. Buffalo has a milder, more delicate taste than beef. Now let's come to the buffalo meat recipe. First, all the ingredients needed to cook buffalo meat are: buffalo meat, buffalo meat, onion, garlic, ginger, dry chili, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, oil.

First, to cook the buffalo meat, we beat onion, garlic, ginger, dry chili, cumin, cardamom and cinnamon together in a sealed pan. This time I washed the buffalo meat well. Now put a pot on the stove and put oil in it, this time put a bay leaf along with some cardamom and cinnamon. Now I gave the spices kept in the batter, now I gave coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt. This time, I grated everything well and gave it to the buffalo meat that had been washed and grated.

Once again I grinded everything together well and added water when it was ground.I cooked it well for a long time so that the meat was cooked well. Now I added a little more cumin powder and cardamom powder. For some more time I kept the heat of the stove on medium to low. This time I served it with hot rice.
