Assalamu Alaikum. I came with another post. Hope everyone will like it.Kachusha contains a lot of vitamin 'A', so it is very useful in preventing night blindness. Moreover, it contains more energy, fat, sugars, minerals, calcium and iron than red cabbage and puishaka. During anemia and pregnancy, doctors recommend eating more raw vegetables to get iron or iron easily. Vitamin C helps the body to heal wounds. Therefore, children should eat a lot of vegetables from an early age.
Kachu contains iron, which helps prevent anemia. Kachu vegetable is a popular vegetable of our country. This vegetable contains vitamins as well as herbal properties. Today I cooked these raw vegetables.I saw many raw vegetables behind my house, picked them up, cut them well and washed them with clean water. And along with some raw chilies, garlic, onion chopped. Now I put some vegetables on the stove.
Now I added chopped onion, chopped garlic, raw chili, and salt according to taste.I put it on the stove for boiling. Lemon juice or raw tamarind can be given in order not to catch the throat when cooking small vegetables. No more itchy throat or sore throat. When it was boiled, I took it down. After that I put another pan in the oven and put oil in it. Now I added some chopped onions, chopped garlic and chopped raw chillies and fried them all for a while.
Today I cook this raw vegetables with small powder shrimp fish.After adding onions, garlic and raw chilies, I gave the washed small shrimps. And fried all together. After that, when these become red in color, I boiled them and added some greens. After that I added a little rice flour to make it sticky. Then it will be good to eat and look. After that I took it down by burning it for some more time. I just finished today's recipe. Everyone will be fine and healthy. Allah is Hafez.
