Assalamualaikum, how are you all, I hope you all are well by the grace of Allah, I am also very well Alhamdulillah, today I came with a new recipe, I hope you will like it very much. Today's recipe is cooking chickpea boots. Due to lack of time, I have not been able to post regularly for quite some time. Sharing a few posts on the busyness of work during the month of Ramadan. InshAllah I will observe the remaining fasts in a healthy body.

I think the special staple of the day is chickpea boots. Which is very necessary and nutritious food for the body. Chickpeas are rich in fiber and antioxidants, which improve digestion by producing a variety of beneficial bacteria in the stomach. Reduces the problem of constipation and helps to flush out harmful toxins from the body. Eating raw chickpeas regularly keeps blood pressure under control.Chickpeas are rich in iron.

In the month of fasting, I cannot go to Iftar if I do not eat chickpeas. This time I hope the cooking recipe will make a delicious chickpea-boot roast. Ingredients: Chickpea Boots 1 cup.1 tomato.Cinnamon bay leaf, ½ cup chopped onion. Ginger 1 teaspoon. Garlic paste 1 tsp. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon. Chilli powder 1 tsp. Like the amount of salt. Garam masala powder 1 tsp. Cumin powder 1 tsp. 4-5 green chillies. Oil and coriander leaves.I soaked chickpeas in water overnight.

The next morning I washed them well in clean water and boiled them along with some potatoes in a pressure cooker. Now when it is boiled, I put a curry in the oven and put onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon paste in it. After cooking for some time, I gave the boiled potatoes. Now I grated them all well. This time I gave some water. After that, after drying the water, add cumin powder and garh masala powder to dry the broth and take it down.
