Good morning blurt space every member, admin, moderator. Assalamualaikum, hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. I am back again today with a new cooking recipe post. Hope you all like it.

In this winter morning, I got up in the thick fog and went to the kitchen after praying. I opened the fridge and saw that there were many types of fish and took out a packet of gold leaf fish from it. I took it out and soaked it in water to remove the ice.

Besides, I chose some vegetables to add to the fish, cut some potatoes, cut two eggplants and also cut some onion sprouts, then washed the cut vegetables well. Then I washed the fish well with clean water. After that, I pounded two onions, dried chillies, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and ground them as spices.

And I smeared the washed fish with turmeric powder and salt. Then I put a pan on the stove and put some fuel on it and then heated the pan with some mustard oil. Then I fried the fish coated with yellow salt. Once again, I grinded it well with the masala mixed with mustard oil.

When it was grated, I burned it with water. After burning and frying the fish for some time, I gave it to the stove for some time after burning it and taking it down, the gold leaf fish chachchari was ready. I finished here today, everyone will be fine. Allah is Hafez.
