- A beautiful day

Assalamualaikum, how are you all, I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. I am here today with another new post. Today's post is how to make olive pickle. Olive is a tropical sour fruit. It is also known as Ceylon olive. This fruit is produced in different regions of the Indian subcontinent, Bangladesh, Indochina and Southeast Asia.
The nutritional value of each 100 grams of olives is 70 kcal, 9.7 sugars, 59 mg calcium, 13 mg vitamin C. Now let's hope to make olive pickles. First I boiled the olives. Now you have to grind some spices for the olive pickle. I have mentioned them below, I fried five farns and two dry chilies in a curry and powdered them. Now I took the boiled olives by hand.
Now put another pan on the stove and heat the mustard oil in it, then add a bay leaf and a dry chili pepper, add a little five-faran, and add the olives pressed by hand in the oil. Mix it all together. Now add sugarcane molasses to make it sweet. After that again I mixed everything together well. Now keep kneading with a knife until it feels a bit sticky.
When it became sticky, I added the panch faran powder that had been fried before and then mixed it all again. When it gets mixed and becomes sticky, I take it down on a steel plate. Now I dried it in the sun for a day so that the pickle does not get spoiled. What is fun to eat tastes as tempting as it looks. I just finished today's recipe. Everyone will be fine and healthy. Allah is Hafez.
