Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all, I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. I came today with another new cooking recipe. Today's recipe is Mixed Vegetable Khichuri. Ingredients: Rice, lentil, mung dal, peas, tomato, potato, carrot, cauliflower, beans, onion ink, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, bay leaf, green chilli and mustard oil.
First , I washed the rice and the dough well together. Now wash and cut all the vegetables one by one. Now put a curry on the stove and add mustard oil, bay leaves, cumin seeds, washed and chopped vegetables, a little onion, garlic, raw chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry it for some time so that it becomes lightly boiled, then keep it. Now I will mix all together with washed rice and dal in the fried vegetables.
Sometimes when rice and vegetables are fried, I will add enough water. After that I added onion ink. Now I have given it to be cooked. When it is cooked, sprinkle with cumin powder and make mixed vegetable khichuri. Hope you all will like today's recipe. Everyone will be fine and healthy. Allah is Hafez.
